i hope the results are good. they havent realised another blow in the form of a profit warning so fingers crossed. no update on relisting which is shocking. could of at least gave an update as there hasnt been any news released to say they have sent away the proper paperwork and in contact with the HKex board etc. nothing. only going on what people have mentioned here that they have already sent applications for relisting away. i would rather see if in an RNS form which has been nothing.

sept is just round the corner so i hope these results are fantastic and they relist soon after. may open up well if thats the case. i just pray the BOD dont shaft us all and we get delisted. im not 100% sure that wont still go ahead but heres hoping its not the case.

time is quickly running out before the delisting deadline. i hope theyve got everything in order and send relisting request. id be worried if they havent done that already. lets get back trading on the HKex

i cant see this staying at the price we got suspended at if it does relist at 4.5-4.6p it will drop very fast and can see a 2p-2.5p getting hit in the first week. could of been a different story if the profit warning didnt come and results are good like previous years. BOD have kept us in the dark for too long and i have a feeling investors are fed up by them now. all in my opinion but we will see.

simms accumulated profits means diddly squat in my view. the cash balance shows CNEL had a cash balance of around £850k which isnt a grrat deal for a company like CNEL. so we can all forget about a dividend any time soon. they might talk about a divi at the AGMs but there wont be one for a while in my opinion, was hoping in one before we relisted as a sweetner to current shareholders but that thought has soon evaporated.

although CNEL on paper (minus this years fall in revenue) shows a good growing company and possibly well run in that aspect but it doesnt treat shareholders well and is extremely poor at keep them up to date on things . if they ever want to raise capital where do they think the most of the money comes from? investors! they do nothing to support a higher sp with newsflow and rely on 6months/yearly report to show how well the buisness is doing. that in my eyes is not good enough.

i dont think we'll see any update until the final report is published. its the only thing holding them back to apply to get relisted. but lets see what excuses they come out with im not overly confident it will relist. but we can hope!

not looking good topmoney. and here was me thinking or hoping for £10M profit for the year. crazy!!! complete **** show and i'd be very surprised if we return to market now. sept isnt too far away and if that comes were delisted. not a good position to be in. crushing all the positive feelings on that profit warning RNS.

I would love to read some new india contracts being signed within the results and a few india customers enquiring about new contracts/parnerships . would definitly be a nice sign that the consulting money was well spent even if it was dodgy back hander deals to mates!! I think the market could forget about the questionable payments if CNEL are getting to land sizeable contracts in a growing sector in india. would set up cnel for tremendious growth in the growing market.

soon see on friday what cnel have been up to. lets hope we smash it out the park

slight delay but nothing major and good to see them keeping us up to date on things. be very interested im seeing the figures for the full year and if theyve prpgressed and kept momentum going what they did in first 6 months.

divi would be good but i cant see them declaring it. would like to be wrong but personally i cant see it.

looking foward in reading figures showing CNEL are (or were at time of suspension) undervauled. we already know cnel are currently x3 undervauled at current MCAP based on a PE ratio. and even more considering other valuations on pther companies within same sector. possibly x5 depending on profit, cash, debt that will soon be released.

get the results out ... get the final report out in a few weeks after that then get working on relisting and let the market decide if cnel is undervauled or of the market will push cnels SP lower with the lack of faith behind the bod.

previous dates mentioned this report should of been released by 22 may. so a week delay. i wonder if this will have a knock on effect towards the final 2021 results being published. so maybe recieve them next week. im surprised we havent have a rns stating a date when they'll be out or even the common board room meeting RNS.

maybe that rns will come out tomorrow now the report has been released. be good to see CNEL sticking to timelines or even an update at the least if theyre delayed.

wressmycash you have no idea if it was a buy or sell. it was reported late and has a time stamp of 14:46. which around the time the SP was 157-158p. with a price of 156.08p do you genuinely believe that you would of got a sell price of 156 for £1M when the sp was around 157-158p? i highly doubt it.

whats more possible is its been a worked buy within the background that may of took hours to fill and only got filled at 14:46 hence the print. im not saying it was a buy nor a sell... all i can say is its already been worked into the current SP since its already been printed.

that wont be the only big trade we'll see in coming days im sure. there would of been a lot of big orders within the background today.
