im hoping that these full results are in the same way as the 6 monthlys. Cnel has got most of thier revenue etc within the last 6 months of the year in the past so one would think it would be the same for this year.

lets hope your right topmoney and we see a confirmation rns which means they'll still on track and keeping up with previous dates.

i cant see a divi being agreed this time round. if the company are able to come anywhere close to the £10M profit and relist soon after creating a jump in sp all will be forgetten about the past 2 years!! just hopefully they can pull it through this mess and for once return shareholders value.

what a load of balonie ninja. noone knows when FDA news will be released. not even AN himself. to suggest otherwise is a load of mince!

excellent set of results. and like simms mentioned with a £10M net profit would put us on a PE between 3.25-3.5. thats crazy undervauled on a growth stock which has been growing profits year on year. if we were trading on AIM still that kind of profit should of made the SP jump to 15-20p (we got suspended around 5p /0.45HK$)

this is so undervauled its crazy. in any nornal market we shpuld be seeing an increase x3-x5 of currrent SP. but this is CNEL and although the BOD and chairman etc cleary knows how to deliver they lack on the communicating side of things and shareholders only find out how the company are looking every 6 months when results are published.

lets get back trading on the exchange CNEL. super set of results shouldbt go unmissed when we return to market

agreed. they only have till sept before we are completely delisted so the BOD better get their finger out. knowing CNEL they will leave it to the very last day

after the 6 months results which should be published after meeting on 16 may theres only 3 key items that need to be released before we can relist;

1) Publication of the interim report announcement for the six months ended 30 June 2021 (the “2021 Interim Report”) The Company anticipates that the 2021
Interim Report should be able to be published by mid of June 2022.

2)Publication of the announcement of the annual results for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the “2021 Final Results”) The Company anticipates that 2021 Final Results should be able to be published by end
of May 2022.

3)Publication of the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the “2021 Annual Report”) The Company anticipates that 2021 Annual Report should be able to be published by end of June 2022.

followed by "Resumption of trading in the shares of the Company Subject to further assessment by the Board"

so come end of june hopefully back trading and hopefully a good set of full year results to support SP on relisting.

lets see if the upcoming results are good showing healthy profit. and with a bit of luck may get an update on when company plans to relist on the exchange.

with the FDA submission within an "administrative phase" you would think that a refusal on our submission would be pretty low. nothing is 100% but FDA wouldnt spend more time/ resource over the submission if they ever thought to reject it one would think.

within the telegram page it has been mentioned that there are only up to 4 live submissions through the denovo process thats awaiting feedback from 2020 submissions, were one of them. thats out of a figure of 64(using this figure off memory so maybe slighty different)

its coming and my best guess would be before end of june. just a waiting game now. and looks like plenty of buyers taking up a position or adding to their position about to test previous highs around 140

i personally wont be looking too much into a divi. i think we'll get twiddly squat. all i want is to return to market, then i can make a decision to cut my losses on this garbage or just hope the board changes their approach and inform shareholders with updates going forward once listed again. surely you would of learned your lesson during this mess.

after these 6 months results are published a. i right in thinking we then are only waiting on the yearly results for 2021 before we can return trading and possible suspension being lifted?
