simm this is correct we dont know when results will be published. should be soon after the meeting. either in a day or two would be my guess.

and topm, one way to look at things is if the results were that bad why would the BOD even consider a dividend? they wouldnt. they couldnt justify it, unless its all hot air trying to get the sp a boost by what seems a likely scenario.

i dont actually know how were doing as a business. a month ago i was thinking its insiders buying with the big run up to feb peak. now?... looking at the drop off in sp one could expect that the big money is moving out before results!! one thing is there hasnt been the huge volume and big trades as we seen on the run up so possibly whoever bought is still holding, and current down swing is just plain olf pi's getting itchy fingers!

hoping in the next couple of weeks for the plant being finished and the commissioning has commenced. they did say in previous emails that they were hopeful for commissioning the plant in april so i expect an update RNS then. they havent mentioned any delays up till now so one would expect the april deadline is still on. then its all about pumping the coalswitch order out for the first order.

i suppose there isnt a time for the board meeting so could happen any time throughout wed so theres always a chance we might hear something late wed uk time. but i doubt it. least we can all look over the results and hope theyre good and sp gets a kick. if theyre poor or not as good as people hoped then i guess its back to the bottom drawer since it could be a news blackout after that!

lets see how the week unfolds as there may be a bit of buying from our HK friends!

herts board meeting is on wed 24th so happen early hours on uk thurs morning. might even get news by friday. but if not im sure the results will def be early next week.

sorry free trader, my broker is with HL and they do not allow buying only selling if you still hold. i think ii may have been mentioned before for buying and selling openly. they could be worth looking into.

depending what their aim but in was. if it was just before the hkex move then a lot will be still on a paper loss depending if they were able to add when it moved. i know i wasnt able to add with HL. only sell

hoping so herts, SP bounced off the 50 day SMA, which acted as support and sp has risen for next 3 days up to today which is a good signal that the current sell off/ consolidation has finished. only a week to go for the general meeting so hopefully we will start to see nice ticks up each day until news comes out from the company which should be shortly after the GM. possibly that same week so maybe news by 26th. not long to see how the company has been doing through this pandemic and how their books are looking. hopefully be as everyone thinks and will scream out undervalued to our HK investors. a dividend would be great but to be honest i would even take a sp above the ipo price of $1.20 instead of a divi right now. although id be happy with a divi announcement

lets see if the bod deliver and return some value to long term suffering shareholders whos still holding from the uk!!

phantom, yes you are correct but this isa would have to be 'flexible' account, i was just mentioning a standard share and stock isa where the limit would be £20k. i know that the share isa i have with HL is just a standard one and maxed at 20k. there may be an option to turn this account into a 'flexible'one but not 100% sure.

my apologies that i should of mentioned as standard but like you say there are brokers out there who may offer a flexible shares isa.

meant to read you transfer your stocks from a share and fund account into a share isa. that is the bed and isa method i was referring to

tomphys is right with the allowed allocation for the isa. all profit is tax free but your only allowed to put £20k in one tax year. so every april it refreshes and are allowed to put up to £20k in again. if you sell a share and withdraw cash into your bank and within the same year you wont be able to add cash to your pf account if you have already have maxed it at £20k.

on the plus side of things is if you sell a share at a huge profit but do not withdraw the cash, it can then be reinvested into shares still kept in your isa account tax free. it wont effect your yearly allowance so you could potentially still add £20k into your account on top of the cash you hold in your pf account after selling the shares.

another method is a bed and isa where your stock is held in a normal share account where you pay CGT above the threshold of your given tax rate. this will go towards your yearly £20k allowance but is a way to gain tax free on these holdings if you want to limit tax from profits.

and what ever happened to Tesorillo. i see its mentioned on the footer of the RNS. that was meant to be a game changer for the company. the tiger on the leash! the significant value triggering moment. PXEN have released bugger all news on the studies they carried out there. what happebed to the data on the MT survey that was done a few years back. total radio silence on that project. you would think Ed would still be banging on that drum of 2 Tc of gas there but nope. hes just happy to mothball that and forget about it. maybe they need the future capital needed from selva to buy uo to their 49.9% share from the current 15% interest.

anyone have any ideas on costs involved for getting selva online? RNS mentioned about a non equity funding which is obv hinted towards CLNs. just wondering what the overall costs would be to pxen and how much they will raise that that.

i wouldn't be surprised if the mm's were in a collecting stage just now taking up a holding phase ready for the results to offload when there should be an increase in volume. the buying at the 0.3$ was too heavy to not mean anything. whoever was buying, bought from the 0.3$ lows all the way up to 0.7$ then they stopped for whatever reason. if CNEL were still trading on aim i would be verging on the thought of that it could of been a pump and dump from the lows but i dont get the feel HK is like that. just strange that someone was collecting everything and had relentless buying since end of jan. and now theyve stopped mms can easily walk this down collecting shares ready to let it go again once the news comes out. unsual trading pattern and when something doesnt make sense it usually means someones got a lot more info than you and wont actually see what the mms are up to until its too late.... good results by 3 weeks and this should easily head back to 0.7$ highs again and retest for a breakout.

nothing left on HL. got a quote for 67p right at the bell. tried to buy since but only NT just now. its safe to say theres a heap of buyers!

drop to 66/67p. sheesh. bit of an over reaction.
