Another late £600k purchase of this stock on Friday afternoon. Lovely:-)
Yeah, lovely..isn't it:-) Especially when you realise that those final share trades were infact Buys and NOT Sells. Yes, that's £800k of last minute share buying. Something going on maybe? We'll see.
is there a predator waiting in the long grass. Great to see this re rate but I'd to see this gobbled up
Yes and with a nice cash pile building up - surely time for another acquisition
I like this company. It's very well run and with good governance. Shame the market is in the doldrums this morning, as this companies share price would definately reached multiple highs throughout the day. I shall keep an eye here.
Well this is ticking along nicely.
A positive write up this morning. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/dotdigital-group-lon-dotd-going-030406230.html
Unsurprising, really, that the shares are off around 10pc from their recent high, given the H1 numbers which disclose unimpressive profit growth and soft cash generation. Gross profit rose just 7pct to Stg23.2m, hurt by an unexplained surge in the cost of sales to Stg5m, up 3.5-fold, which left cash generation at Stg2.2m well down from the Stg3.2m generated a year earlier. Rising software development spending is fundamental, but there are other factors at work which need some explaining. Hopefully the forthcoming presentation will fill in some of the details.
I would prefer to buy on the dips. 183 is not a dip. Although I expect these shares to go a lot higher eventually, beware of short term corrections. If we spike much higher I am going to close my positions and wait for a correction. My average price is 93 GLTA
Yes quick sell em.

Take a look at trading 212, no commission charges so small buys are not a problem, just watch the spread as thats how they cover the no fee
Can someone explain why there is and the significance of all this single digit trading. The fees for trading is more than the shares are worth.
"Next year will see an
increase in investment to further solidify
our competitive advantage"
With 25 million in the pot and emphasis in the report on future acquisitions this is only going in one direction
I think people are thinking as the vaccine is developed now, people want to move away from online marketing thinking DOTD might suffer from that but that is far from the truth as online is booming and it will only accelerate even further now they know how, covid-19 accelerated that.
I wondered why the share price response to the trading update last month was so subdued; now we know why. Revenue is going gangbusters which is unsurprising given the market sector it is playing in, but a fair chunk of that growth is from SMS services, which has poor margins. Overall margins shrank 3 percentage points as a result, to 87pct in the year. Just how it will get on top of that squeeze requires an explanation.
I expected it to move higher today.
but they need to make better use of the cash pile
Hoping we go up to 175 in the next few weeks on the back of that. Gotta be due a re-rating.
I am so confident about this company. It certainly seems to know what its doing and is well run with no bells and whistles. I am in for the long term. Congratulations to all - again.
This should go up from here, we have broken a strong resistance!
Excellent trading looking forward to the full results on 17 November. The share price should respond very positively to this.
Great leadership.
Buy on any weakness, expanding company with great fundamentals.
Could be a chance to buy considerably cheaper over the next couple of months, due to Election Jitters. Add and add more.
