Escovido - drop in the ocean given that many in here need 100x that and more to just break even ...
57% rise in first week of 2019 bodes rather well, I would say.
A lame donkey with one leg only would move faster than DOR
Pony express, more like lame donkey.
DL promised (ha ha ) huge things brought him over here many weeks ago. I for one have heard it so many times before and did not believe a word. Seems I was right, just wish he would prove me wrong about him for once.
We long termers deserve something for all the money we give him every month (note give, as in my opinion he does not earn a penny here).
Good luck to all invested here.
Almost makes it look like they have a plan ?
Who knew ? !
DOR posted a Notice on ASX. A 4 percent increase is appreciated))
My brother-in-law is a geologist of 40 years standing with a major oil coy- replying to my enquiry about the Kimmeridge levels, his reply indicates they are playing close attention to the Weald developments.
The Kimmeridge Clay is the principal Hydrocarbon source rock in the North Sea (98% of all oils are derived from the Kimmeridge Clay). A measure of the richness of organic rich rocks, usually shales, is the Total Organic Carbon content (TOC), a good source rock will contain between 4-20% Total Organic Carbon by weight %. An indication of the content is derived from the Gamma Ray Log, values of more than 150 GAPI (Units) are required and in some of the North Sea fields this can reach more than 300 GAPI. On burial the Kimmeridge Clay compacts and is subjected to increasing temperatures and pressures (typically 30 degrees Celsius/km). At about 60 degrees Celsius, oil begins to form in the source rock due to the thermogenic breakdown (cracking) of organic matter (kerogen). The oil window is a temperature dependant interval in the subsurface where oil is generated and expelled from the source rocks. The oil window is often found in the 60-120 degrees Celsius interval (approx. 2-4 km depth), while the corresponding gas window is found in the 100-200+ degree Celsius interval (3-6 km depth).
It continues with a densely argued analysis of Ukog and Angus.
The tankers from Horse hill and the first from Brockham gives the lie to assumptions that the weald was barren.'
UKOG and ANGUS are flowing and RNS` will make it official.
The LSE BB is regarded as a joke by industry professionals, because of the trolls.
Masterbaker ... we are a sorry / perhaps angry bunch of guys. I think the majority in here sits on deep losses.
Those 10-20% rises are a little encouraging, but we are barely nudging towards break even levels.
DL is not doing anything to help which is terribly frustrating. Even his Twitter twatter seized ....
Excuse bad typing.
what a sorry bunch of guys we are, let's look on the bright side foe awhile, Dor up again, 9.37% to 0.105.
l asked a little while ago if someone on twitter could ask DL if we're getting any revenues from HH yet. Tumble weed followed. l then wrote a letter to them on their contact us page asking that or if/when it might happen and if he could would he tell us by twitter or an official announcement, but no answer from them.
Much f what l expected to be honest.
about 960% for me - plus whatever the charges are for selling on ASX
The issue is that if we ever do get traction - dilution dave will no doubt be issuing confetti
830% to go for me then .... not long.
Up 20% on asx 0.096
What a tease DOR is at this stage of the Brockham site development--We know that the never been used in Europe imaging device has enabled the drills to be placed in the Kimmeridge levels optimum area, now it is disclosed that the Dreamliner Fishbone system is being used to free up the oil.
3000bopd at Balcombe, planning a new drill at Lidsey to improve the disappointing first attempt, and under test conditions two tankers a day from Horse Hill-current tests ends in august, but new wells are planned. The Weald is de-risked,
Yet the twitter site for Doriemus plc oil remains moribund.
Talk of DOR collapsing are obviously wide of the mark. But the Aussi farm in has yet to be fully explained, and while private placings have raised funds [allowed under ASX rules apparently], further cash requirements casts a shadow will it involve selling UK assets?
I am of the opinion that human factors are at play- in the midst of plenty, individual egos MAY be cocking up that which should be a clear road to prosperity for all parties.
We are mushrooms with only snippets of information.
yes nice to see a decent rise. too early to get too excited. guess the market feels the same.
still a nice way to start the new year. fingers crossed that it comes good for all the LTHs
Will get a little excited when we hit mid 20s to take first break even of the lasted money I chucked at that.
Written off profits on any of my DL portfolio but would be thrilled if I could break even on most or at least depart with a minimal loss only.
Lift of 23% to 0.08% on asx.
yes it is a difficult one to judge to be honest.
I don't like the fact that we will have to raise money. i don't see that being possible with ASX especially with our track record there. Didn't like the bit about selling our assets - unless they want to give us back our money on the greenland scam!..lol...
if there are billions of recoverable in the kimmeridge - and i am still open to the possibility - then we dont want to sell any of that
just not that trusting of big dave these days - so i am not comfortable.
Prospectus and RNS both state the need for DOR to raise funds, either through partner, loan, share issue or sell off of assets. Which option and for how much?
Rey report on Butler project shows proposed investment of $12.5mil Aus dollars!!
Other buy in option states that DOR has funding available for due diligence and development of $1m from sale of U.K. production.
Seriously need this investment to go well so we can see some improvement in share price and value. Bring on a great 2019.
add
sure suggests a good move in the right direction
expect more deals during 2019
