Operational Update
The Joint Venture Company, Amala Foods Inc, has made substantial progress since being formed earlier this year. The Company previously announced completing the Research and Development stage for its plant-based products. The Company has now purchased additional equipment and is able to commence the roll out of its products as part of the initial commercial phase.
Amala has developed a bespoke plant-based pepperoni product for American pizza chain, California Pizza Kitchen in the Philippines which is now being featured on their menu. The Company hopes that this will be a success and will lead to a wider roll out.
The Company is in the latter stages of negotiating supplying its plant-based pepperoni to another pizza chain and its plant-based burger to the restaurants of a well-known local chef.
As part of its business development activities the Company is negotiating with a global restaurant group which if successful would set the Company on an exponential growth trajectory in 2022.
The Company has also sponsored the plant-based trophy for the 25th anniversary of a notable culinary school where contestants are using Amala's plant-based pepperoni.
The Company currently operates on a very low cash burn and utilises a Salary Sacrifice.
Management will be in California, USA during December meeting with various restaurant groups who have expressed in an interest in Amala's products.

plant based not the same as Vegetable foods, they taste more like meat and chicken.
so don't get confused with vegatarian food.
Amala foods could do few bags here easily, when We hear from the company on contracts deals in the USA and Asia.
plant base food set to become huge in the years to come
Doesn’t Seem To Want Them Looking @ The Real Bid Going Through ...
Has Anyone Been Able To Access It .... If So Could Someone Post It ....
Align research Not Really Aligning With Shareholders ...As They Negotiated A Massive Discount To Fellow Shareholders In The Placing .....70 Million Shares @ 0.3p .... A 3 Million Addition Doesn’t Knock Their UnAligned Average Much ..... Sure Won’t Be Buying Any Of These , Especially At A Rip Off Premium To The Placing Price .... After All That’s What Align Thought It Was Worth And Management Agreed By Proceeding ....
let me get this right,
Somebody thinks that the government is going to enter a contract for somebody to provide a "plant-based Pizza to schools"
firstly, you are talking about selling a high-priced vegetarian pizza to schools, what is the difference between them just making or buying vegetarian pizza, for say quarter of the price? where is your margin?
second, you clearly do not understand how school contracts work, they are not set by central government.
Third, there are already competitors in this marketplace, based in the UK & Europe, they sell vegetarian pizza, Pizza with fake meat, in pizzas with different bases, and vegetables. This
Fourth, why would any government, trust this company, look at its history from incorporation to now, it appears to be a story of failures....
If anybody does enter this market, it will be a company already with a strong position, good capital, and strong market standing.... I think they have probably already missed the boat on this...
Open your eyes people.... This is a joke.this
All this tells us is that they have 3m more shares than they received in the Placing.

Follow the money Alignresearch nice chunk ...bodes well for 2022
Pre market.
3 years! I didn't realise dish had been here that long. Never known a company who's prospects get routinely worse every step of the way. What on earth can they say they have achieved in that time? It's madness. Better to make this a cash shell and move on surely
however with Tiny Mcap surely it's worth a punt at these levels.
What about Launch of Plant based pizza's in Philippines and potentially in the USA.
huge potential here.
just let the storm pass over
