So thats the 'K' gone for services to industry. Pity as he is a brilliamt engineer and is now not going to get full credit for his work.
Must be a bit frrosty over the breakfast table.
Can someone please explain whey yesterday the spread was 14.5 per cent and todays its 5.5 per cent ?
@staylong
Surprising that he hasn't gone already.
All the same, we need to root out the cancer and that means Boughtwood must go. Then we move on. No fudge. No wriggles. No apologies. Just go.
I agree it’s a long term investment just going through choppy waters.
:) ask the pump and dump crew .
May be placing is comming at discount :) who knows ?
Will see where the bottom is .Someone knows something that we don't .Don't worry too much ship is sinking will be plenty of wather (shares) .May see all time lows who knows ?
Should the company not ask for a suspension pending results of their investigation? We seem to just keep dropping?
Yes, Path purchased Deregallera Holdings ( Formally DGI) lock stock and barrel in March 2022. It had 18 worldwide patents at the time.
Patents are owned by the company, not an individual
Who actually OWNS the patents - Martin or the company?
In anything but the facts, there is nobody capable of predicting the future of anything end of.
So I ask myself a few questions,
1. Have Dgi still got world class tech
2. Have Dgi got deals with a tier one company
3. Have Dgi got an mou with EVage
4. Have Dgi got patents for their world class tech
5. Have Dgi got 3 top guys working on the success of this business.
Don’t know about anyone else, but as long as I can 100% say yes to all the above, then this remains a fantastic long term opportunity.
Lucky or not 0.8 fast aproaching. Can we see another AMTE ?
He got lucky. He could never had seen what was coming. Hes the kind of guy that laughs at a funeral
Lol. You might not here from him for a while as I don’t believe his crystal ball is capable of predicting any upwards movements.
@swazzers, does being right for all the wrong reasons still count as being correct? Technically yes, Technically no.
Where does your mystic abilities see DGI going from here? Curiosity and all that and of course to reconfirm just how marvellous you are/aren't.
Yes agreed but it can only be as quick as the protocols and laws allow. DGI board have already replied to shareholders that they are dealing with it as we speak.
Should be quick to protect our investment
This e facts are there .?..action
Agree violet. It reflects badly on the whole company and deters me from investing.
He is the issue. He is responsible as a director for his and his family’s dealings in shares of the company. That is the law. Whether he knew or not ( he did) is immaterial. He has broken the law and must suffer the consequences.
Damn I should read the RNS's more carefully - so Martin notified re his wife's dealings - so sorry for suggesting that he might be an issue here. Sorry about that, its easy to miss the one most crucial sentence when your jaw is on the floor.
They need to reassure us that the founder of the company is not dishonest. I sold a few weeks ago and I am thinking of buying back in - BUT I would be concerned if the fonder/tech guy was dishonest - I wouldn't want to read that he faked research. But I guess that is very very unlikely.
And thankyou for not saying that the sp will bounce as we know it won't for a very long time
Thankyou for sharing TW. Hopefully this may be the long road to some positivity.
Thank you for sharing too TotalWealth.

I got something very similar in my inbox. I think this bodes very well and shows the honesty at least of the BOD. On that basis I think the dust may well be settling now and I trust them to take the appropriate action.
Dear Mr XXXXX,
I hope this finds you well and many thanks for your email.
I completely understand your concern following Monday’s RNS, which we were most disappointed to have to issue. While I cannot put a timescale on the result of the current investigation, please rest assured that the Board is fully committed to establishing the facts of the matter in a timely manner and is working diligently to do so before taking an appropriate course of action.
Many thanks for your support and understanding.
Best Regards,
Jack Allardyce
