LOL
Bought more yesterday
But still like to see the dead wood removed from the business.
My 2.4 mil buy is showing as a sell......
Tsbs1, I think this is exactly what has happened. And nothing will come of it.
Pretend I can spell Carlsberg.
The Norwegian involvement will be much more intriguing to the market than the dilution I think.
It was a Calsberg and M &S placing RNS, well worded.
Well if I was a cynical person Id think mrs boughtwood was told when the placing would be and she sold on what she thought was the quiet thinking she could buy back in after the placing
this is why the guy will be leaving in the very near future I would think. Its not a very good look really if if it wasnt the case.
:) Will be plenty more after your 10 m only 10 more but billions:)
HL happy to take 10m for .001056 so dont thimk it will go below .0010
Placing done and dusted. More shares placed in sticky hands.
What it tells you is this share will soon be occupied by the big boys.
Looks like the shooters are panicking.
Best close these shorts asap.
The placing tells you what's coming around the corner
And he'll be straight on here saying "I told you so"......LOL
Rubbish the Boughtwoods have not affected the price
This would have been done before that episode
It's normal trading
I’ll be topping up again 😊. As for DNB ASA, the little black book of the trio’s is working its magic. The JV with EVage is just the beginning … what a ride this will be!
Gla
Yes no fools indeed follow the money Nordics
Of the placing is at 0.10 is this the bottom price? This is only a mild dilution. Which is overall good news. I expected it to be worse. It seems buying in at 00.10 is a bargain
I would say that you might be able to buy at .12 if you’re very quick.
The guys from Norway are not fools
StayLong
As Rivian is joining Apple in this EV race, I looked at Tesla boasting of 60 km added to their range in an upgrade. I thought Pareta plus EBT then Pierre. Who knows? These moves can only be indicative of mass production.
More inside info where the company is going lololol imho
Not a big dilution in the large scheme of things, but I have to agree 100% with StayLong - if it wasn't for the boughtwoods that could have been done around 0.25-0.30p.
But, the funds will be useful and used for the correct things so just a temporary setback, and yes probably the stock will be available under 0.10p for a while.
The Placing was cornerstoned by Norway's largest financial services group, DNB ASA, which will hold 4.89% of the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital on admission of the Placing Shares. The Placing was substantially oversubscribed, with the Placing Shares broadly representing the remaining Ordinary Shares available to be placed by the Company under the FCA's Prospectus Regulation Rules without having to issue a prospectus.
Norway’s largest financial services group DNB ASA will hold 4.98% of the Company’s enlarged share capital on completion of the placing shares .
Why would such a large financial services group in a country which is pioneering the
adoption of electric vehicles etc want to hold a position in a little company like DGI ? Answers on a postcard please .
For traders - that's got to sting!
LTH's - Meh . . .
Might be able to buy at 0.09ish for a while today (I will).
