I would say that you might be able to buy at .12 if you’re very quick.
The guys from Norway are not fools

As Rivian is joining Apple in this EV race, I looked at Tesla boasting of 60 km added to their range in an upgrade. I thought Pareta plus EBT then Pierre. Who knows? These moves can only be indicative of mass production.
More inside info where the company is going lololol imho
Not a big dilution in the large scheme of things, but I have to agree 100% with StayLong - if it wasn't for the boughtwoods that could have been done around 0.25-0.30p.
But, the funds will be useful and used for the correct things so just a temporary setback, and yes probably the stock will be available under 0.10p for a while.
The Placing was cornerstoned by Norway's largest financial services group, DNB ASA, which will hold 4.89% of the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital on admission of the Placing Shares. The Placing was substantially oversubscribed, with the Placing Shares broadly representing the remaining Ordinary Shares available to be placed by the Company under the FCA's Prospectus Regulation Rules without having to issue a prospectus.
Norway’s largest financial services group DNB ASA will hold 4.98% of the Company’s enlarged share capital on completion of the placing shares .
Why would such a large financial services group in a country which is pioneering the
adoption of electric vehicles etc want to hold a position in a little company like DGI ? Answers on a postcard please .
For traders - that's got to sting!
LTH's - Meh . . .
Might be able to buy at 0.09ish for a while today (I will).
They can thank the Broughtwood’s for this cheep entry price. Would have been raised at double this price if not for him.
StayLong
Looks like they're actually reading your posts guys esp Swaz warnings.
Just proves that they don’t need to rely on the market for funding. When will investors wake up and realise that DGI isn’t your regular desperate small cap company

There are good placings and there are bad placings , this is a good placing.
G L A 🤞🍀
Thought someone argued blind this is not a Aim company.
Point I made is it's behaving the same and now look it's moving there 😂😂😂
A placing as expected.
Upward trend atarting imho
More likely it will be a short position closing.
As I’ve said before , the real damage was the shorts that were triggered by this reckless move.
Hopefully some of the investors that panic sold will also buy back in before the price rebounds.
To be honest I’m absolutely outraged by the behaviour of the Broughtwoods. Considering the news of the MOU with EVage the price should have moved up to a minimum of .25. Christian Eidem and his fellow directors must be fuming. All their hard work and clever deals set back by one selfish and unintelligent person.
I guess there will always be a few bumps along the way but I have no doubt that our Tesla quartet are driven to take this to incredible heights.
StayLong
No that won’t be her buying them back.
IF they are bought back you will see a trade for 152k worth at at around.15.
👀
Maybe she had to buy them back??
Who boight tbis lot
Maybe there not together splting up who knows but il be concentrating on the Tesla crew and the huge potential.upside

I don't understand why you're trying so hard.
You can have a good company and have people involved within it that break the rules. The two things need not be compatible.
I do think that as a shareholder I'd like an explanation from the company as to why a seemingly competent adult married to a company director and presumably enjoying an above-average standard of living doesn't understand the declaration rules that even I do with the company share scheme I have at work!
And we cannot know if she just wanted a new yacht or whether she has received inside info. None of us can know that yet. Or if he knew, protected her, was part of it or he called it in after discovering it. It would be sort of nice to know.
3pm interesting

What Is Insider Trading?
Insider trading involves trading in a public company's stock or other securities by someone with non-public, material information about the company. Insider transactions are legal if the insider makes a trade and reports it to the Securities and Exchange Commission, but insider trading is illegal when the material information is still non-public.

You clearly have no idea on the subject. I suggest that you keep your mouth shut and not confirm your ignorance.
