You cannot sell the shares at the present time, the matched bargain system has not started.
There are a number of posts below setting out the brokers who are likely to be participating in the matched bargain process when it starts.
There is no information yet when the rebrand to Veative will take place.
How much do you think if we sold the shares now as a more positive thought going about ?
If so where would they be listed to sell and when ?
Is this share group staying under dev clev lse chat or changing its name to align with company’s new name?
Thanks
Akers TR1 increased his holding there..can only be a positive IMO
Any thoughts on using aslr as a proxy. In a raise would they be able to get cheap shares.
LT - Interactive are keeping my shares which are in two separate accounts with them. May I suggest that you send them a secure message and confirm for yourself. When you get confirmation please tell this thread.
Can only hold and hope. I firmly believe that Veative will come good and be sold, but it won’t benefit anyone who can’t invest more! When a takeover happens shareholders are supposed to benefit, but we’ve been well and truly done!
Agree with you on the valuation BaggZz and 30p before suspension I think our market cap was 250 million. So what can we do take pence, invest more or just hold
They are massively optimistic in my view regarding headsets! There are some big companies bringing VR headsets out soon. Veative won’t be a main player in that department. Revs will come from the software. Again…just my view.
Forgot to say that Veative are predicting a value for the company of around £600m by March 2028! At 3-4 times revenue. Meaning by their valuation that Dev was actually Valued at about £28mil not £250 mil. Roughly valuing old Dev shares around 3p.
Veative turned over about £2mil from recollection I (might be slightly out on memory)in 2021 but we paid about £54mil from memory in shares for Veative to take us over, at 27x Revs. It seems they were happy with the x Revs ratio but only value Veative at 3-4 x Revs in 2028! It seems they did very well out of the deal! Joke from start to finish and people hear seem confident in the board. Don’t be fooled by the schmoozing! They will all be taking a handsome salary and taking free shares along the way.
£5 mil won’t last 5 mins! The next fundraising will be worse.
Tell me one person who was unhappy with Jeffries pre suspension!? Nobody. The same applies here. Watch and wait. How many times have you hear a BOD promise Champagne but deliver dirty water! Uv just heard the Champagne bit. Mark my words.
Zero confidence in the BOD.
Now see it as a long term growth prospect….it was that pre suspension.
The only ones getting a return, are those invested already, who can afford to invest more in the upcoming fundraising.
I know I’m disagreeing with the consensus, but I can only say what I see. Hope to be wrong, but I very much doubt it! Let’s see if they hit $21.6m by end of 2023…..that will be the marker. My guess is no they won’t!
I'm now looking at this investment as a long term growth investment..I now have confidence in the board, the tech is quality plus as stated in the presentation we are all holders and everyone wants a return.
I agree. They seem like proper people; time will tell, but at least I no longer feel like I'm about to be screwed over. I have no issue with them each having a track record of having built and sold businesses. We'll see, what the dilution brings, but I feel a bit better today than I did a few weeks/months ago.
That is just me thinking out loud by the way about the 10p stock!..just an example of maybes
Personally I found it positive and engaging..a good explanation of where we are and where we're going.
The raising of 3-5m could at stock issued at 10p dilute by 40m shares but then we are funded and revs look decent.
I'm holding, I like the guys in charge, they've acknowledged the lack of comms and feel much more confident seeing some of my hard earned back.
Yes it may take time but there is a business and it seems the right people holding the wheel..time will tell but all is not lost IMO.
It’s a hold from me, as there is very little other choice! We’ll be diluted to death but will have an option to invest more. I have nothing more to invest, so effectively screwed!
The projected figures were ridiculous….DevClever only achieved 25% of their target and I believe Veative will miss theirs too. $180 mil Revs in 5 years! Yeah right.
My take is that they have no intention of relisting “other liquidating methods” was the term used, I think. All three presenting told of previous businesses that have been SOLD! That is the goal here. I think it’s their plan in 4-6 years! Relisting won’t happen. I took everything with a pinch of salt. I hold in hope…..but that’s all it is.

I thought Feilim had a calm, confidence about his role and the company going forward. He said the right things in relation to existing shareholders, quarterly communication etc. Time will tell.
On the possibility of relisting he said it is an option in the future, depending on valuation and that he aims to give investors an exit opportunity.
One thing for sure is that our holdings will be massively diluted with the upcoming funding round, however 2 to 5 years from now, who knows.........
Hi all, does anyone know if the presentation can be viewed anywhere?
I am very inexperienced in investing, so going through this in one of my first years of investing isn't very motivating.
I have my shares in a ISA with HL. They will place the shares automatically in an "inactive" Fund & Share Account. (see quote below)
"If you do not have a Fund & Share Account open by 15 February 2023 then we will place your holding into an inactive version which you can subsequently activate by following the same account opening procedure as above."
As i don't have any experience and no idea what to do i was just thinking to do that as i won't loose anything.
Now my question, does anyone see any big disadvantage in this? I assume if i at some point want to transfer the shares to one of those brokers that allow to sell this should still be possible? Is anyone in a similar situation?
Good presentation they appear to want to be aligned with currently shareholders.
It's a hold from me.
Veative Learn: Avg annual school revenue $2435 or $5695 incl headset. Target 9322 schools over next 5 years
LMC: Avg annual school revenue $3312 Target 9686 schools over next 5 years
Higher margins direct to schools (B-B) with India projected as 80/90% of the market
Work meetings for me tomorrow morn, going to miss it unfortunately
Just received notice of the presentation tomorrow at 10.30..lets see what they got to say!
