Do you guys know how the new ordinary shares will affect us? The good is that we own shares in more companies now.

Thank you for clarifying. What was the fixed pre-IPO price?
you don't necessarily get a 'pre-IPO' price, just a guaranteed allocation at the fixed IPO price. Which doesn't always turn out to be a good thing ha
What is the point of IPO if retail investors can get pre-IPO prices? Doesn't make any sense. Still this fund performance better than NFT investments.
this is true, but retail shareholders, like me, on contacting Novum were redirected to Pello in order to receive an allocation, pre-IPO. Does that clear it up for you. Others on various boards have also told you exactly this, and you seem very prickly about it, which is interesting...
I bought pre-IPO stock allocation from Pello for both Dispersion Holdings and NFT Investments

Yes listing on the US OTC seems a common route these days. Good luck with yours and hope it works out how you want.
I believe NFT,DEFI and the other ARB cofounder spin-off that is listing on Aquis later will all do well after their respective US OTC listings in a similar way that the ARB US OTC listing helped ARB go from 20p to over 200p.
No.
I bought NFT,another ARB cofounder IPO on first day and watched it fall so am waiting for NFT to list on the US OTC soon then use some profits to buy these ahead of their US OTC listing soon.
I suspect, like NFT, they will also announce their application for US OTC listing within days as well.
HI Templar..Have you bough this? What are your thoughts? I managed to buy a small parcel this morning.
No reason.
Just thought it would be nice.
