Well said Mr Macawber
Sales = vanity, profit = sanity. Profit = earnings per share = share price. Thats why nearly all share schemes designed around share price
Claire, I'm glad sales aren't relevant to you.
Takes the pressure off waiting for the RNSs I guess.
If a rise in the shareprice was always linked to sales then the entire concept of pump and dump would not exist.
Sadly, it's all too common.
Often when that many shares with vested prices are sold to senior management with a lock-in contract, it is a good indicator that the company is looking to be acquired, hence the price brackets of vestment.
so it does not matter what revenue the company brings in, it matters what someone thinks the technology and market are worth
Kind of irrelevant whether linked to revenue or share price they should go hand in hand.
Good to see that the management are now incentivised to make this work.
Good luck all ...let the news flow dictate
Fair point. Sales would be the more stable way to raise SP though. We'll see I guess.
To be devil's advocate, the share options are linked to shareprice, not sales. So if this got pumped, the directors could cash in at a profit. Options linked to revenue would be a better signal to shareholders.
So, by way of summary, we have CTEA with a suite of apps that can help employers get their workforces back into offices, by sharing medical and qualification detail in a GDPR compliant manner. The COV-ID app, in particular, connects into the clinical pathway to ensure validity of medical status. We have a well-connected sales team selling this into UK organisations as well as a well-connected team doing the same in Africa.
Today the UK Government confirmed they were buying vaccines and so the next challenge will be 'proving' who is vaccinated. The governments Covid app failed in part over concerns with privacy. They may (?) have learned their lesson and will be on the lookout for privacy-centric solutions.
Although this is a punt, CTEA is in the right place, at the right time with a working scalable product. Its senior team are now locked in and aligned with the success of the share price. Mysterious private investors (Higgs) have been snaffling up all they can.
I am optimistic about this on a number of fronts but timing is crucial. There is a small window of opportunity to get big, institutional deals struck.
Directors future rewards all sorted I see!
Set for launch now me thinks!
GLA
none of this app works 100%
Look at SNG today...
Vest prices are interesting...
Think they could be accused of ramping haha ;)
honestly you shouldn't miss this low low sp
4.08 GBX +0.28 (7.37%) showing on google. it's on the move! time to stock up and keep this momentum going,
This is a sign of confidence and SP should hold, but they need to get a move on with a trading update.
20 guesses which way it’s going to go today!!! Getting So Cheesed off with this
The only thing they seems to sell is hope. GLA.
Looks like they all getting share options in place and expect Mr & Mrs Higgs was thinking along the same lines ...
Contract news must be on the horizon - GLA
Yes house tidying before contract news makes sense
Seems nothing related to sales to come in short term and to look at the more established products and its developments long term..
Clearly getting house in order in anticipation of a successful upcoming period
I'm hoping that they are lining their pockets with the knowledge that this is the perfect time to do so.
Okay so you have now got your bloody house in order now get some news out!!!!!!
