In any case CAG should update us. RBM used to be very proactive until recently. I hope we don't have to create second CAG...I am sure summit is in touch with CAG. . Just hope a reasonable deal for all involved...

From summits point of view..they may not want share holders involved in case of a sale..we may be offered a "price" ..to get rid of the "inconvenience " of court cases..lol
