Never mind ‘Annie’ there seems to be plenty of ‘Fannies’ still occupying this chat.
Total agree Bubbas, good post there👍
The failed attempt to use "misogynistic" as an insult did amuse me. I guess he/she/they/xe objected to having the ginger ringlets of Lil Orphan Annie called into play again.
Nothing even faintly misogynistic about that. In the eponymous musical, I think I can safely surmise that the composer intended that the lead should be seen as what I believe might these days be called a cissexual female? Anyhow, gender is irrelevant in the comparison between Whispering's and Annie's world views - as anyone with an IQ larger than their shoesize would instantly have grasped, the relevance is instead all about hope without foundation.
"Tomorrow, tomorrow
I love ya tomorrow
You're always, a day away
Tomorrow, tomorrow
I love ya tomorrow
You're always, a day away."
It has, it’s definitely a woke. The random use of misogynistic with nothing to pin it to is a dead giveaway. It’s one of the words on their bingo board they dish out abuse from
23:22, whispering’s mask has slipped a bit.
the court system is totally different now, cases are decided based on how many boxes you can tick from black, woke, ****sexual, disabled and female
case in point the laurence fox libel result
If Prince Harry had a holding, I’m pretty sure some legal action would be happening. We have a justice system based on how deep your pockets are and how strong your motivation is and of course liable to variable outcomes as we see with some of the judgements (which are then often completely reversed on appeal).
I won my first CCJ against someone in the late 70s. I used to get them for relatively small amounts owed in the 80s when you could fill in a simple form through the small claims court and pay something like a fiver and get a judgement a few weeks later. Nowadays who would bother, it would likely cost hundreds with the typical broken Britain year plus wait.
Amit Ben-Haim has certainly left us ‘all’ in a quagmire but with all these kind hearted visitors to this chat, offering their words of wisdom, knowledge & evidence of wrong doing 🤣, I’m quite glad I’m in the position I am, a shareholder who purchased shares 7+ years ago.
The company got delisted in February/ March 2017, then there were years of nothing, most slowly giving up and to the latter years, Amit gives us a life line, and to this day, no one really knows what exactly is going on apart from the evidence in the company updates.
So who’s bums are squeaking the most;
Team A- Shareholders.
Team B- Friendly bystanders, non shareholders (aka-Most likely borrowed shares & took a short position).
Team A, Invested years ago, thought the company had gone down the pan. Amit ‘apparently’ turns it around and agrees a Licensing Deal & sale of DaaP.
As of today, no legal action can be taken.
Team B, Borrowed shares, many moons ago after reading articles written by a ‘Sheriff of the AIM’🤣🤠
and also got their investment locked in and are still waiting their payday.
Same again, as of today, no legal action can be taken.
We are all waiting for a possible payday and Amit can keep this rolling for another year or so.
I’m quite contented to be in Team A👍.
The shorters thought their payday was in March 2017, oh dear, they are still here waiting.
Lol, balls
Sorry Spike… note to ones self - ball, ball, ball….
Will try harder ;)
Can’t help yourself HITS can you with your usual, perhaps bred-in misogynistic derogatory remarks, I sense an underlying inferiority complex…
A courteous delightful gentleman of a particular era… No?
Perhaps too many adjectives in one sentence … not to worry.
I can see why you need to make an appearance on the ‘therapy’ bb
Re Amit… as I’ve said
17:44, c’mon, whispering you hypocrite, play the ball, not the man.
Whispering, the inalienable fact remains that literally the only foundation for your particular point of view is "Because Amit keeps saying so".
So you and your ginger ringlets are solely relying upon statements from someone who to date has not uttered a truthful word - but plenty of mendacious ones.
This is simply bound to result in the justification underlying your strenuous pompom exertions being called into doubt, no?
“Is this the 5 minute argument or the full half hour?” Neither, 7 years and counting ..
Well HITS… the ‘fact’ of the matter is you’re still popping your head in here, with your condescending articulated points of view (I was going to say grumpy old g1t, but that’s just plain rude, also perhaps not you behave better in real life?).
Soyo’s also with his continuous exclamations!! Amongst many others - 7/8 years down the line - with a negative outlook, which, well… it intrigues me.
Perhaps being here, it’s a type of therapy for some?
Even though Amit has been reported to the SFO as well as Action fraud. The fact is, the updates keep coming… it’s all rather bizarre don’t you think?
Nevertheless I don’t see that Amit has any where to go after the last update, other than paying shareholders
How’s that for pom-pom waving… or a point of view to which you disagree
No flimsier than repeatedly saying it's not true. " just because I take a contrary position doesn't mean I'm arguing" Monty Python argument sketch
"The agents now have monies".
Presenting that statement as if it were a categoric fact is bizarre, given that the sole source of that information has repeatedly and undeviatingly demonstrated itself not to even have an imperceptibly nodding acquaintance with any form of truth.
Literally the only justification underpinning the ginger-ringleted pompom wavers (you know who you are) remains "Because Amit said so". Just a tad of a flimsy foundation, I'd say.
"The updates have been progressive (some what). The agents now have monies… they’re no longer in escrow"
There shouldn't be any further 'anomalies' in paying anyone now then!
They were never in escrow, Amit removing all traces of CIBC bank confirms that.
“Led not lead”
It’s a wonder I can even string a sentence together on this site way the adverts jump all over the screen
The updates have been progressive (some what). The agents now have monies… they’re no longer in escrow
"Ahh, so now you’re putting forward a suggestion that Amit may have lead shareholders on, with lies?"
Led, not lead!
I don't appear to be any nearer a payment, do you? If he hasn't paid anyone in the next month, then one can only deduce they're lies. Wouldn't that be a logical conclusion given the ongoing timescales and rehashing of already communicated information? It would be quicker to do an IPO on the Nasdaq than this protracted charade.
“It was imminent over one year ago! How difficult is it unless there are no funds to pay it? Speaking as a shareholder!”
Ahh, so now you’re putting forward a suggestion that Amit may have lead shareholders on, with lies?
"a payout in pretty much imminent"
It was imminent over one year ago! How difficult is it unless there are no funds to pay it? Speaking as a shareholder!
Exactly that Tromebone, though here we are because Amit has lead shareholders to believe, very recently, a payout in pretty much imminent… hasn’t he?
The how long does it take is irrelevant. All the sane people accepted the loss many years ago so any return will be a bonus, why any others are posting here is a mystery
But Amit told us it would be sorted in 'a timely manner'.
