CRV wasn't the only participant in LMFA's Nov 18 fund raising, selling shares and attached warrants.
So it might not be CRV converting the warrants.
maybe shorted the stock when it was $3+ and covered w/ exercising the warrants as soon as possible thereafter?
I thought the idea was to cash in the warrants when they were cheaper than the shares but this must be a new concept!
https://ir.lmfunding.com/press-releases/detail/50/lm-funding-announces-receipt-of-2-9-million-warrant
Unexpected $2.9million @ $2.40 raised from warrants I should say so !! Currently @$1.71
Warrants exercised at LMFA. $1.9m raised from shares bought at $2.40, Pajak? These days he doesn't have to say does he? I suspect it is though, that $3.9m raised will be burning a hole in his pocket no doubt.
Also...It was Mr Gylenhammer further reducing his holding.
- volume yesterday: 27m
- average daily volume over a million. (Around 900k before the last two days pushed up the daily average.)
All these volume figures are hard to explain in a company with only 3.8m shares.
Hi Lee
I would like to think Pajak sold some of the shares he bought at cheaper prices...It is now up 67% so his initial investment of $1.5m is actually slightly in front. That will increase the value in CIH if nothing else. No official news to justify the rise.
' something good coming ' is certainly overdue !!
Getting jiggy now up over 48%, must be something good coming surely?
LSE edited my last comment reference American BB. The asterisked word rhymes with witch...
The American bulletin boards are not like ours...
LMFA 2.30 soon hold ur shares don't be stupid so i don't slap u like a *****.
Movement again, I'd like to say generally trending upwards but who knows, maybe just maybe it was a good investment, didn't look it originally but if the share price keeps performing then bit happier.
Probably Mr Gylenhammer who is responsible for some of the massive sells including today which have appeared since the 1st June. Expect to see a TR1 later unless not finished of course.
Remember....Every sell has to have a buyer.
Volume of 57m + when it only has 3.8m shares!
I can only imagine that there was a large volume of very high frequency trades.
But as you say, Tully, this has not happened before with LMFA and still no obvious reason for it.
(PS I checked the volume with three different information providers. All agree volume was 57m +.)
What went on yesterday with LMFA? At one point was up over 400% and finished up " just " 41%. Volume was incredible, over 57m shares were traded. Normal days would see between 20k and 200k shares traded. All this on no official news. As CJ states it must have something to do with Halfor. I do hope Pajak sold a few...
My guess is that Hanfor have done something, but have searched in vain.
If M Pajak had any sense...the shares he bought at $1.28 and $0.86 - 0.90c would be sold asap with a very healthy profit.
LMFA warrants are also up over 200% and climbing.
I can only think they don't have speeding tickets on Nasdaq. On the chatboard everyone seems to be asking why?
Up over $3 per share now!
Hells bells...up 248% now.
Now up over $2.50 per share on the day.
CRV holds 818,675 shares: so the rise is worth north of $2m to CRV!
Must be news pending.
No news at this time ref LMFA. I sold the last few of mine a few days ago for $1.19....I feel ill. But..it does mean that all the shares M Pajak bought at $2.40/ $1.28 / $0.86-90c are showing a profit, now that's a novelty...
Currently up 160% on the day.
No news announced.
T.C. Any reason for the rise in lmfa ?
