The placement was forward sold and then got suspended. Those transactions were pending.
Can one offer a sensible opinion as to why they're are so many trades below them placing price?
That raise was at a huge discount. The ambiguity has gone. Opportunity in my opinion..but each to their own.
I am not here to make 10%.
Cpx will start moving up soon enough. Sp is too low
A patent case can be a negotiation. It would make sense if you think deeply about it.
Roger knows that as well.
my english is ****. continental have changed supplier for the oem for a new model vehicle from 2024 to 2030. we know that.
Weirdly Maxwell (now Tesla) supplied supercapacitors (sic) to Continental. The long term supply agreement agreed in 2022? And confirmed in 2023 having qualified as a tier 1 supplier to the OEM market in Germany/Europe. This will be confirmed with serious numbers....or we get bought out.
Della…bless. One was a buy. The bigger one was a sell. Lol
‘Something brewing’
Yeah the BoDs can’t wait to tell us about a fab new offer to take the company private.

Takeover offer would be great
It was downgraded from EGM to OGM.
Wasn't an AGM.
EGM.
...other than it being the shortest AGM in history.
"We look forward to reaching positive outcomes and will share the insights from the AGM next week."
Although I don't know what insights they will habe other than it being the shortest
What did they say?
There will be something next week...they alluded to something being released in their linkedin post about the AGM last week.
Has to be
My guess is that an RNS will be out tomorrow or tuesday to boost.the sp.
What's hope u had? it was 100% visible downtrend coming.
Hi parkez,
That was the trade the original poster was talking about.
Yes this year's ISA limit, is a cash injection £20K & £5K for this new add on max, so it wouldn't fall within that remit.
However brokers allow you to take significant sums of cash from your ISA & then put it (or stock) back in it before the end of the tax-year. So don't be fooled into think £20/£25K is the max, that's what MM's etc want you to think.

Dont ask why other than this is how AIM works. There is a psychology behind it. Psycho-ology rather
