If DC was planning on buying everyone out then I believe he wouldn't be allowed to offer 1p a share. The Takeover Panel rules specify that he'd have to offer at least the maximum price per share he paid for any shares in the previous 12 months, which I suspect is significantly north of 1p.
A much more likely outcome would be to build a big enough stake to effectively control any vote, then simply de-list entirely. Once off the exchange any remaining investors would probably take whatever amount they were offered, however low, just to get some cash back.
£77k sold and just £14k bought today....apparently. Good old lse
And another just popped up. £28k this time and OTC. This is someone making a move ins't it? Or am I only dreaming? With mcap of only £2m that's over 1% of the company. If it's the same buyer as the £57k whopper then together someone has just bought over 4% of the company in the last 24 hrs.
Anyone any thoughts?
That's a whopper and no mistake. Could be Dr C adding further? I wonder if Dr C is actually after taking this over? At anything like the current mcap it would be a complete steal. Go on Doc, take it on and buy us all out for 1p a share. Treat yourself.
Serious stake building here by DC here . Getting interesting as they’ve got cash new people and some serious products imo
Nm
Let’s see how far this will bounce 👍💰💰💰💰
Oh no, another rabid ramp poster who will now swamp the bb with pointless msgs saying we’re all about to miss out. Can’t cope with another of these today, especially as we’re red - and obvs so is discodog- so I’m signing off for a while. Time will tell what Lars is up to
WoW MMs milked the panic sellers dry. time to load up and move up!
No way will Lars want Dr C on the Board. Think Lars would be extremely uncomfortable having someone so high powered and smart alongside him. Would be great for share holders but Lars doesn’t care a jot about us.
We need this guy on the board
Personally I don't think it's anything to do with H2 Green. I'm of the opinion Dr. Cooley is an advocate of ALL green technologies not just Hydrogen. If you look at his LinkedIn feed he's bigging up all sorts of green tech. I think he sees far more importance to supercaps role in replacing / complementing batteries than we realise yet. CAP-XX was awarded the Green Economy Mark (see page 11 in the pdf), so it makes sense Cooley is adding CAP-XX to his portfolio of green stocks.

So how does that work with the Australian employee laws with directors?
I suspect that the plan might be for H2 Green to do a reverse takeover in to CPX once the doc has found his feet in the company.
Cooley on Linkedin; 42,200 followers...

Dr. Adding more, he bought more at 1p placing shares, before that at 1.5p, and it's beggar's belief that the SP is below 1.5p.
Just fill your boots. Once the cheapskates move on, then we're off to a flying start.
I am expecting Dr Cooley to keep adding. If he bought 120,000,000 in the placing at 1.0 and anything under 0.09 is going to look enticing.
Keep an eye for Holdings RNs. He usually reports soon as he has purchased.
Or Doc :)
ITM cap £309m
Dr Cooley ex ITM CEO over to you sir.
Well we had the placing now's the time to let us know what is really going on.
Looks like he sees CPX as being part of the hydrogen revolution?
GTC 》 ITM 》 CPX
Getech, owner of hydrogen developer H2 Green has announced Dr Graham Cooley as Chair of H2 Green. Graham will assist H2 Green to expand and develop its portfolio of hydrogen and renewable energy projects and maximise its potential as a ‘pure play’ UK project developer.
Graham led ITM Power as Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2022. ITM Power was the first hydrogen related company to be listed on the London Stock Market. He was instrumental in delivering key strategic partnership agreements with global energy partners that transformed ITM Power from a relatively small business into a leader in the hydrogen market.
A proven entrepreneur and developer of early stage businesses, Graham has been involved with a wide range of companies nearly all connected to the cleantech sector. He has successfully led numerous transactions and raised substantial investment capital. Graham was CEO of Sensortec, founder of Metalysis, a spin out from Cambridge University, and founding CEO of Antenova.
Graham is a member of the UK Government’s Hydrogen Advisory Council, and a Board member of the trade body,

I didn't say the big delayed trades would come today did I? Please dont make such assumptions. It's not my fault that you misread or misunderstood what I wrote. Gosh, I hope you don't read rns' like that... aleays making false assumptions.
