Folks, it’s quite clear that some people will try everything they can to convince you to avoid our class action. I really don’t blame them, our case is very strong and our numbers are now huge!! After MC clarified family household discounts yesterday, we saw another flood of sign ups and they are well on track to go well beyond our expectations. If you haven’t already done so, then please sign up asap and let’s get this battle started!!

RBM, I concur: for the culpable, many likely assumed, in their hubris, that this would be another futile attempt by a shareholder action group. Art himself witnessed the faltering start of a previous attempt with the SAG (Shareholder Action Group), which never gained traction. A single lacklustre Zoom call allowed Art to dominate the conversation with his own verbose monologue, reminiscent of a history lesson, scarcely challenged.
Ironically, in hindsight, this initial SAG endeavour proved beneficial. It bolstered Art's faction and their complacent lawyers who accepted share payments, their arrogance shining even as Art uttered statements he likely regrets now, particularly regarding Ryder Scott.
Yet, they couldn't have been more mistaken. Under CAG's guidance, a group characterised by exceptional determination and resolve, the ongoing investigative work grows stronger with each revelation. The clumsiness of the guilty is irretrievable, and the unwavering commitment of those seeking truth and connection amidst the chaos is remarkable.
From directors to backers to those complicit, they are unravelling. It won't be long before they turn on each other. Their greed and ambition to deceive may unite them, but when justice looms, they'll scramble to shield themselves.
They didn't anticipate this. This shareholder action is unprecedented, led by MC and an unwavering CAG, supported by over 500 shareholders, all steadfast in their goal to dismantle the fortress of deceit. They'll attempt everything to thwart, distract, or derail, but their fears of public exposure will intensify. MC will likely ensure widespread coverage in outlets like The Times, FT, Money AM, and beyond. This battle will be all-encompassing, loud, and transparent. I, along with MC and CAG, and hopefully all of you, will see to it.
This won't cease until those responsible are held accountable and prevented from repeating their offences.
What a rousing post Stas!
I can visualise you sitting at a huge oak desk, dressed as a medieval Knight with two dragons at each side....
Can't wait for your screenplay of these shenanigans.
GREAT POST!!!!
Screenplay, hmm, would need to be a mini series, however the books coming along nicely, preface and intro complete, chapter 1. The rise of deception.....
“Man amongst men “ great post !
Does anyone know what's happening at Copl? A while ago someone posted "Next deadline to look out for Qualified bid Deadline: 2nd May; Notice of Auction: 6th May; Auction: 8th May" Who's the legal owner now?
My experience of anything legal is that one goes through progressive stages. At each stage there are more bills. I have contacted Mr Cotter to find out what he expects the eventual total bill will be based on experience not just what it will be to kick off. Has anyone else asked this question and received an answer?
Sageman, I have and no reply but hopefully he is collating all questions to answer them in one go.
I thought the next stage would be on nwnf basis and so nothing more to pay, unless something comes up that may require additional payment. Maybe a bit more clarity on this would be helpful, also if nwnf does not go ahead then how much £ more would we have to pay.
RBM if you could possible ask MC for advice on this then much appreciated.
The signing fee is to pay for third party advice in three jurisdictions. The next phases are all no win, no fee. No further cost are expected, although if something did require a payment, we will be asked for approval first. Please watch/listen to one of the calls - it’s all covered in there.
Thanks, yes I said in my post and have been in zoom meeting and have signed up. Wasn't sure if nwnf was a certainty that's all, but by your reply then I assume that it is.
Thanks RBM
Just emailed Mr Cotter I am in.
I hope all those responsible for this fiasco get filled in.

Stas20, regarding the zoom meeting between a previous shareholder group and Art do you know if this was recorded? This was just before the AGM and I suspect that Art would have been economical with the truth to prevent shareholders voting against him. It might contain some evidence that could be used against him now.
Also if anyone received any personal emails from Art these need to be looked at to see if there was anything misleading. Every little bit of evidence might be useful in building a bigger picture of deceit if it comes to a court case.
Jazzyjim, It might well have been, I could neither confirm nor deny :)
Jazzyjim - the transcript is available on AWS, public domain for a while so no secrets being shared.
Can't post the link but type "aws copl shareholder group may 23" into google. Be warned though, it's long and full of the usual from Arthur.
Very much all in after a £47k loss, holder since late 2017.
Sincerest thanks to CAG, Stas and any other contributors for the opportunity.
