@panamabob.. I have bought and sold and with dilution, I am unsure how to complete the dates of investments on the form. Have you any idea how crucial this is?
Thanks
I just cannot believe Shareholders have not had an update from the CO as to WTF is going on, who now owns COPL? and what they intend to do with us and our stock ? are we to be de-listed ? or will we be coming back at some point ? we deserve an update, if only to put us out of our misery''
the reading is getting a bit boring lately on here TBH, but i still look in every now and then''
anyway good luck in your next investment if all else fails..

I think they did actually say they had injected some gas into the wells but observed no effect so stopped as the price of it was really high.
What we don't know is how much gas and how much they spent on it.
And of course the gas injected needed to be sustained and prolonged to re-pressurise the field fully.
Would be interesting to know who is still being paid a nice big wage from Copl at present. And I suspect one / or more of the previous board are involved with buying the assets all debt free and no shareholders to share the assets with😮
shareholders to share the assets with
It’s easier to sell production wells still producing and not ones that are plugged and waxed up.
Add to that ones that have had multiple millions spent on them to handle increased injectant, which has been proved to linearly increase production.
Funnily enough they never increased the injectant after the upgrades before suddenly pulling the rug out from under it despite raising the capital and publicly announcing they were about to do it.
You couldn’t make it up, absolutely risible.
They must think life is just a big pantomime and we are the paying audience.
Big shocks coming for some.
Thats how I see it STRUV. I sent off all my stuff yesterday well before 21st.
Now we await Mr Cotters next move. He no doubt ,now he has our email addresses, will contact us instructing us what to do next. Fingers crossed for a good outcome for all of us w hove suffered so much and for so long.
Thanks spaceman. Assuming we will get emails prompting us and explaining how to do it yeah?
Thank you angioprime, appreciate your response!
And I bet there are just keeping it ticking over with minimum production until they think we have all gone away 😮
Well we're not going away until we have our money back - so hahahaha imo 😮
Hi beardolian, i am the same with giving out sensitive info and agree with the secure submission, but on this occassion a certain amount of of due diligence,I submitted as they requested via email. there is always a risk but there is as much information already out there in the system.
they may be validating members before letting them in to a secure site, to keep out the enemy.gl

27,000 barrels produced. Without gas injection....
I have been a copl shareholder since 2020 and want to be part of this lawsuit. However, uploading our photo ID and proof of address to an insecure email address, coplaction@ceclegal.co.uk can potentially lead to identity theft if it is breached (I used to work in cyber security). I have emailed coplaction@ceclegal.co.uk to see if there is a secure portal we can upload our information to but have not had a response. If you type in www.ceclegal.co.uk it goes to a website with a 4 digit pin. Can anyone advise please?
I got a reply the following day and I've sent everything back.
Start invoicing the 27th
When are we expecting to hear back once the forms have been filled in and sent back? When is the payment due?
Thanks
Should do Victor. 👍
Finwit, I have emailed the coplaction@ceclegal.co.uk address, with no response. I have also emailed from a Gmail account as per Nubbys idea, will see if I get a response. Have also emailed the cag group and have a reply from them with m.cotter cc'd in on the reply, so hopefully something will come in soon.
Thanks Nubby for the suggestion. I was sending from Hotmail, however have now sent another from Gmail. Hopefully this works. Also contacted the cag group who replied with M.cotter cc'd into the email so hopefully get a reply at some point.
I’m sure if you email their support team or do the live chat they’ll be able to help you?
Can anyone help me find the date of my copl purchase through IG? I Have no idea of the date and the search gives 90 days or custom and that's no help if I'm not sure
Lost soul.
I emailed the address below to inform them that you will be contacting them this week to get your pro forma.
If you struggle any way you can also email the CAG team and put on the email your LSE handle so they know it’s you.
Look forward to you joining the group.
Lostsoul1,
Sarcasm and having a go at other investors is hardly the best way to get any assistance.
However:-
There's a Class Action being organised - theres loads of discussion on this if you read back through the posts and you should get the gist of it. Also worth viewing the video on this link or the CAG Twitter X page if the link doesn't work. You can then make a decision what you want to do and send the below info if you decide to continue - the below is all form comments on this board.
CAG Twitter (X) page. Link to Michael Cotter's video for anyone who's not yet seen it.

To be includes you need to do the below regarding your holding.
Send to coplaction@ceclegal.co.uk, this is closing 21 May so ASAP!
Following information required for registration.
Your email address:
Country of residence:
No. Of COPL shares held:
Amount invested:
Date of investment: ######approximately and averaged down #####.
You will then receive a Pro Forma invoice by email to fill in with instructions for ID and Utility bill or bank statement
Thanks for all your replies. Guess ill have to just take my loss on the chin. Since all of you are too busy to help or inform another investor.
Hi Victor,
I also had problems with email. I sent an email on 24 April with my holdings and never received a reply. Yesterday i created a new email address and sent the information from this new account. I received a response the same day - yesterday - which included the proforma documentation.
The email address which didn't get a response was from hotmail.com
The email address which worked was from gmail.com
Not sure if this is similar to your issue but maybe something to consider if you haven't already.
