Buying is at .2733 - it’s heading up
Every share helps baserite, lol.
Now NT to buy. Can’t buy a bean with HL
Tick up.Must have been my buy lol
Buys on full Ask, now only 1.92% down from nearly 10% earlier
Selling has dried up just of late.
MM’s holding lots of shares brought at these levels, will want to make a profit and take it up and sell on the rise.
In an ideal situation the MM’s will want an RNS today, so would we!
Can sell the lot for 0.2511. Sounds like we may bounce late today and tomorrow. Most who wanted to be out have sold by now
Thanks Tiburn. We should be okay and would have hit the news big time if an issue for majors. Old news I guess.
You would hope so Shaa.Time for him to swap that No12 shirt and get involved in this game by the scruff of the neck! Slightly off topic I’m surprised we haven’t heard from AM about a new ‘asset grab’ and project as alluded to via rns during this time of opportunity. This May well be the next news rather than psc extension as is within the company’s own remit rather than Essars.I personally expect news on this front in the very near term
Superroty
I saw another article around this - basically as I understand it the International majors are not investing in exploration and new wells as much as their PSC agreements required and Nigeria are looking for breaks after 5 years in the contracts so they can award to another who will develop the fields and increase production if required.
Many have retracted and refocused efforts with less capex in the region - Ghana next door has the same issue.
I don't think Essar in the same spectrum here as they intend to drill and start production, otherwise all that $70m appraisal work goes to waste and is their cost on their books at present - they need some ROI.
It’s where Kola will come into play - IMO.
This is over a year old, but is it really right that internationals are no longer getting their licenses renewed?
I find it a bit unnerving
https://nairametrics.com/2019/07/25/nnpc-reveals-why-it-wont-renew-oil-block-licenses-for-iocs/
I wish I'd traded this on a daily basis for the last few months. I'd be a very wealthy man. The predictability is incredible.
0.2475p now, rising slowly.
Although we wouldn’t all probably sell at even 0.40p, daily SP fluctuations make no difference but always nice to see blue!
Seems like the buy price is finally increasing. Nearly 0.25p so soon buys will show as buys. Interesting to see the 3 million block seller has not dumped since Tuesday
Se should not be relying on dodgy Twitter tweets. Rather some reassuring info from our silent CEO who presumably is on the phone daily to the folks who know how things are progressing.
Come on Art. Do the right thing. We know you don't HAVE to but in our shoes you would expect it. Many on here have really suffered and n Ned reassurance or at least ANY kind of contact with you
Some people think we are all daft.
Thanks MKB for pointing out the glaring, utter b0ll0x that is spead on twatter by vile self serving con artists who are only their to take your money.
Rumours started on Twitter by a person who joined Twitter in October 2020 and has 1 follower
Yeah, legit
Interesting maybe they are onto something. Sadly I don’t think the market makers have finished playing games here yet. They may want to retest the recent 0.22p low before any bounce. One thing for sure is I would rather be holding now despite the aggressive drop the last week then trying to buy in bulk on extension RNS when every man and his dog will be trying to buy
Me too Herts, I was encouraged as the author knew that our agreement only kicks in on PSC extension, not all know that, also, the fact that the agreements will be signed in batches, which is also the case and the Nigerians will not just be looking at OPL 226 on its own.
I take Twitter rumours with a pinch of salt but would be delighted if that was true
0.248p to buy, MM’s May drop this further to grab some more and then hopefully the inevitable bounce.
True?
This was the tweet “ took a position on the pullback yesterday. Rumours are that the NNPC are about to sign off on the next batch of licence agreements (and for copl extension on OPL226) this will de risk JV via shorecan”.
Some rumours that NNPC are set to hand out next batch of licence agreements (but then that could be a Twitter ramp). I hope this is true. I’d rather be in now the. Trying to buy on the RNS
