LOI to be put in so will be watching like a hawk but information won’t be uploaded until tomorrow I would presume. I’m reliably informed that they have approached circa 160 companies that's from the horse’s mouth! It would be nice to know how many of those have visited the data room and viewed all the info inc RS. We only need a handful of those to want in and bid and we may just see a return here for shareholders ! IMHO
Morning Sharebel
I would like that to be true but I personally don’t believe anything that anybody says who is connected to this company. I have no reason to based on their track record of lie after lie after cover up after cover up.
Lloydy
Given the company’s track record I share Lloyds scepticism. however, given there’s a court appointed monitor they have to show they tried.
When you say 'they', do you mean KSV, COPL or someone else?
For this scam to work, and so far they're robbing us in plain sight, the data room stays shut. I don't believe any legitimate independant 3rd party has been allowed in.
All that effort to destroy our company, the speed at which this has been rushed through, the fact that scheming rat Arthur and his contracted conman Tom are still at the helm, no way this is getting an outside bid. Not until Summit/BP and Arthur have control, then they'll sell it and pocket our money.
A reply from PK to a shareholder verbatim -
‘We have undertaken extensive reach out efforts including sending over 160 teasers to both strategic and financial potential buyers and the data set is robust for potential purchasers ‘
IMHO DYOR
I can tell you that he is not being truthful. How? Because his lips were moving at the time!!
"It would be nice to know how many of those have visited the data room and viewed all the info inc RS."
The RS report will take them days to untangle and interpret.
It is a nightmare document, although it may be okay for O&G experts I suppose.
Today was the day, ironic timing given our situation

Picked up by GB News, Adam Cherry covering on Farage 19.34.
The guys who organised are the Transparency Taskforce, might be a useful contact for the CAG.

Still no news thought we would have heard something yesterday even off the group
The LOI had until close of business Canadian time 17th so they won’t be uploaded until earliest this afternoon - I’m assuming this information will be public on number of LOI parties submitted doubt we will see names presuming that will be commercial sensitivity. Let’s see. Fingers firmly crossed for all! If we don’t get any public info then we could ask KSV directly as we as shareholders and can insist numbers of parties submitted LOI are revealed. IMHO DYOR GLA
We will not hear anything whatsoever until the process is concluded next month. Jason Knight at KSV confirmed that in an email to me.
Matthew what were his exact words because surely as a public, transparent court process we should at the very least be told number of LOI. We don’t need to know the identity of course. IMHO DYOR
Hi Matthew
No disrespect intended but like I have said previously I don’t believe anything they say.
Lloydy
Might hear something today but I expect tomorrow, they have to disclose, there in enough trouble as it stands.
Is there an independent method to obtain confirmation as to whether there have been any LOI submitted, or are we, yet again, at the mercy of the company announcing this via RNS ? If the latter, then I'm not holding my breath !!
I have today emailed Noah Goldstein and he has read my email, awaiting a reply.
It's over. 4 visits to the data room and no LOIs so Summit gets our assets.
Always going to happen, the juggernaut had a head start.
Let’s start the processing depriving those involved with their liberty and wealth.
So that’s it then this is the end not getting a penny back what a disgrace
What does that link mean In layman’s terms please?
Summit will get all the assets and sell them on at their leasure.
