Henderson Group plc have crossed the 10% threshold. So this is where the majority of the Placement shares went. Kyri
I asked a similar question and the answer I got was that the additional shares were only for institutions.
I really thought that the SP might drop to near the 1.45 mark with the placing shares admission yesterday.... have they all been taken up then? Cant complain really - but I was looking for a top up around that price - below... Miss G ;-)
I agree. Having attended the COMS offices at Beacon House, for the 2014 AGM I can say with a degree of certainty that the photos posted on the previous link are not the same site as that of the COMS building.
Some time ago when our former CEO left , he ended up at Beacon House but it was a different postcode , some of us thought he had just walked down the hall to his new "vehicle" turned out that there was more then one building, one was exclusively for COMS the other was multiple occupancy , so I doubt that our building has been taken over by Regus or we would have been told by RNS (I would have thought )
Well it is Beacon House, chances are slim there's more than one Beacon House in Stokenchurch. Most agencies have stopped promoting the building, Chandler Garvey may still need to retract the marketing, or they may be assisting Regus in finding a tenant.
Regus building is a different building. Coms building has different postcode and is still being marketed by Chandler Garvey.
Regus buying the building doesn't mean Coms can just walk away, the contract will still be in place. But I guess it does improve Coms' chances to get out of it soon, as Regus is probably prepared to find a solution that suits both parties.
Should this have been RNS'd. It was a significant monthly expenditure. What a fine mess the previous chairman got us into!
Good insight into where coms is heading ! Thanks Melody
Looks like Regus has bought the Stokenchurch offices: http://www.regus.co.uk/locations/office-space/high-wycombe-stokenchurch-business-park
James It was good to meet up today and chat about the acquisition of Connect IB. Thank for the link to their website. Having viewed it and the smart technology that they use, it is clear to see how this fits so well with Redstone. It also opens doors to many new clients who are more than likely to be interested in Redstone's Smart Building solutions.
http://www.connectib.com All sounds very positive and like a hand fitting into a glove. A great acquisition.
Any ideas who bought the 223,214,286 shares?
Well looking at their website and the solutions they offer. Testimonials and potential is exciting. A great string to our bow.
Sorry for being a little off topic, but can someone explain the ordinary trades and deletions that seems to match-up and crop-up often on this and other shares? Is it as simple as it seems; i.e. someone buys 100,000 shares and then changes their mind and gets money back somehow?
Nearly six months. We should have news of this soon one would hope. Some may be more able at doing more digging to find out more about the progress of Holland, such as office being rented, a business being registered there etc. I am disappointed that we did not have more of a move up with today's RNS and the more recent RNS's.
From the half yearly report last October: 'Significant contract win in Holland. As a result we now have plans to establish a Redstone operation in mainland Europe' http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=COMS&ArticleCode=ysrt8wpj&ArticleHeadline=Half_Yearly_Report
... is a lot for integration and running costs. Is there another aquisition in the making? We are still waiting to hear about a subsidiary office being set up Holland and this is where I think some of the raised money will go.
Remember the 'code 1' chat last Thursday..........Coincidence?! We could end up positive today, not bad considering the dilution!!
Thank you Melody, that's a shame but at least it shouldn't drop back like the last placing.
Nope, placing is done, was for instis only.
So does this mean we (current shareholders) get to buy in at 1.4p?? When will this happen? Exciting times
