0.279p for 750k max so it is a squeeze but I guess it will work both ways, any sales and the mm's will run for cover so illiquid with free float tiny
Wins are on a mission here 0.21p to 0.24p bid on no trades ?
Unless a delayed buy at a premium, push it up 100% please Wins so I can move on lol
Think it's just a shortage of stock, boss holds 70%, new 3% holder. I account for over 2%, plenty of other holders and the tiny market cap so it does not take much to move it. Just having a look at what's on offer with 3 mm's at 0.24p and it's 1 mil at 0.234p no discounts for smaller amounts.
Get books in order before move up. Hope so. Plus a notifiable holder appeared recently. Green roots appearing. Held this against all the odds so I reckon we all deserve a change of luck.
Like I said before everything is valued at zero, the cash outside Zim matches the current market cap. I mean Vast resources is in Zimbabwe and that is total garbage and they cannot buy it up quick enough. The freefloat here must be tiny...tempting myself to add now
Investment expert in Frontier Markets for GML Capital. That's one profile I came up with. Sort of makes sense. Just a guess though.
When I saw the RNS flag I thought after the close news this cannot be good but somebody has gone over 3% and it's not me btw, so the buyer of those 2 blocks recently. So I'm def not the second biggest holder in CMB then :-))
There are 2 potential problems. One is the chance of delisting and secondly (if that happens) SS could claim the cash in Mauritius as unpaid fees going back 8 years. I think that is highly unlikely but turning the other assets into cash is likely to be a long drawn out process. Hence the huge discount to NAV
Well somebody has took the plunge, more than a fair gamble. I mean if I held none I would be buying loads myself I like these value gambles
Just checked limits and now you can buy 3,750,000 at 0.189p which I think is a all time low. Basically everything CMB have is in for free now bar the cash outside Zimbabwe which matches the current market cap. But the business's, the properties the investments are all valued currently at nothing but in a market where 99.9% of people only play moment nothing will change. It's a hell of a online offer considering the boss holds 70% so you can buy over 0.7% of the company in one go, at some point I will gamble and buy more but for now I'm backing off still.
Rns costs to post and SS is clearly focused on conserving cash and realising assets. A delisting would push the price down further. Tempting at .208 to buy right now.
Stocks like this with no news and no action are very poorly bid so anybody coming along with size is always going to get a poor price. next to 0.2p for 100k 0.175p for 1.8 mil is pretty acceptable, perhaps next to nav here it's not but the markets have changed and value stocks are not in fashion. We need a update
To get some Crimbo money I guess. Main reason I haven't sold mine is I won't do fill or kill (guess that's how this punter got mugged) and the last RNS was half positive when viewed with certain lenses and a glass of something nice.
1.8 mil at 0.175p which btw is not me. Well that has moved L2 for first time in months Shore Cap clearly bought them and moved away from 0.2p bid.
Davey. Hmm. In the old days that would be classed as a 'concert party' holding and not allowed. Don't know if that still applies but irrelevant as SS holds the majority of the shares anyway. Be good to know if any progress with the property and Radar sales and if more funds received from legacy debt. Is this cash transferable to Mauritius or already there?
Toffeeman.
I'm guessing the sale has not gone through now, must be a due a update. I do not think anybody cares about value or NAV it's all about a fast buck and trading anything with momentum hence CMB trades at a quarter of NAV with little interest and lets face it it is Zimbabwe.
Hi, I'm responsible for a major holding but not all are in my name hence it will not show in the accounts, some are in HL and the others in interactive investor.
I was just looking at L2 and it's been 0.2-0.24p and 3 v 1 for donkeys, this is the longest I can recall any penny stock I have held without a mm move on L2...2 months no moves...sales at 0.2p and buys going in around 0.22p mid price
Probably going to be worth the wait. This shoots up (and down) on pennies traded, I once had a tickle on another share and used profit to buy £4k in this in two lumps and sent the sp up 25%. Have found myself holding far too many, but you never know, may even wish Id bought more.
Second largest shareholder? How come you're not mentioned in the latest accounts?
That's the market, we change our minds and sentiment towards our stocks. A protected buyer at this stage is very interesting. The other day there was no quote online for 250k today it's 1 million bid at 0.202p again so clearly a buy order in the system. Obviously unless a RNS it's not going to generate any interest in this market.
Yes I always want the best price when I buy or sell, I have a intense dislike for mm's who screwed me over once am I'm not going to give them more profits for the sake of it. I can wait for the right price and if the price goes up from here happy days I'm the second largest shareholder after Samir
The other week you said you had too many and now you want more? Does .185p really make a difference given the potential rewards? Shame the asset disposals are so painfully slow
I was going to buy a million more at 0.215p but they have upped it to 0.23p today
Hmm and another 1 mil at 4.45pm well after the close so protected nibbler shows their hand again. Sort of perks my enthusiasm for CMB again in a dreadful market to see somebody trying to get a stake on the quiet
Interesting a 500k buy was printed some 10 minutes after the close yesterday. That normally means a worked trade or somebody with a buy order although I'm pretty sure you could get way more than 500k.
Morning,
We have to trust in Samir to do what he thinks best.
New money is going into African investment, if it finds its way to Zimbabwe is another matter.
