MSA, this is at odds with what we've been led to believe up to now. Prior to this I was under the impression that the iTDE technology was wholly owned by Next-ChemX but this post implies that Next-ChemX are paying an Indian company to design and develop the pilot plant. So the question is who really owns this technology ???
Completion is due early Q3
Page 8 of Next chemx report on 15 may 23
New iTDE short video by CLON just tweeted
Installation and operating are different - either way third quarter for 'operating' is July.
Installation was stated for June
Completion of the pilot plant build is due to be finished early Q3
They have been doing that for days! They are trying to get people to sell. Hold Hold Hold!
The pilot plant is being built in the US and on course for finalisation in June/July. The idea is that this system if successful would be deloyed to site for full scale processing
. After successful pre-feasibility economic analysis, a scaled-up commercial pilot plant system would be deployed to the site for a total proof of concept prior to engineering the full-scale commercial plant.
That says to me it hasn't been built yet
I would like to be wrong
In March 2023, NEXT-ChemX announced a Partnership with Clontarf Energy plc, a UK company, seeking to use our iTDE technology in Bolivia. The goal is to commercialise the extraction of lithium and other ions from Bolivia’s massive brine salars. Bolivia is known to have the world’s largest quantity of lithium-containing brines. However, they are mostly unexploited due to many factors, including very high magnesium content, rainfall which makes evaporation ponds inefficient, as well as environmental sensitivity.
Passiton. You post message a lot. But live buy and sell quotes tells one exactly where we are and so can gauge the trades. Once buys are blue over 0.1025p I can see this moving up nicely. At £5M it's silly cheap. Once the pilot is up and running I think we could see £10M plus
Labels buy , sell and unknown guesses by sites like this one
the real market mm/floor traders LABEL NOTHING.
Can be blamed for many things but not the GUESSWORK labels
and rehash of real market prints, that's all down to 3rd party sites
like this one.
GUESSING every trade, every share, every day, to fail miserably to
show trading trends and volume ratio's ,that are worth used toilet
paper , on most shares daily......
*Multi-bagging
I suspect that CLON will RNS the completion of the plant and we are coming up to mid June already
Advantages of iTDE Technology
No preconcentration necessary;
Targeted ion extraction;
A continuous process, rather than batch process;
Processes at normal temperatures;
Does not need high pressure;
Minimal energy use;
Very little water consumption is required for extraction; and
More environmentally friendly.
Anything positive from the JV partner and it's multitasking. The beauty is that it is a proven technology- positive updates inbound
NEXT ChemX as developed a radically new approach to commercial lithium and other ions direct extraction.
NEXT-ChemX Corporation is a Nevada corporation and process technology company, trading as ‘CHMX’, that has developed ‘iTDE Technology’, an ion-Targeting Direct Extraction system. iTDE is able to extract ions from a liquid such as brine or leach solutions, even when they exist in low concentrations.
The advantages of our proprietary system are that it is continuous, and does not require high pressure, high temperature, or electrolysis. It, therefore, has a low energy requirement and does not need fresh water in the case of a lithium brine feed solution. In our system, the feed liquid does not touch or mix with the extracting solution, as it uses a special very high surface area membrane along with a specific extractant for each targeted ion.
It has been proven to extract lithium, magnesium, calcium, strontium, and copper, among other ions. It has also been proven to very efficiently extract fatty acids from vegetable oils to refine them and to extract glycerides from biofuels, such as biodiesel.
Our objective is to tailor the iTDE system to a particular customer’s liquid composition in order to selectively remove the ions required by that customer. The customer’s large sample feed liquid needs to be sent to our facility for testing in our commercial pilot plant that is currently being constructed and anticipated to be finalised by June 2023 in Austin, Texas.
Observation: very peculiar large advertised spread with the MMs now backed off to 0.11p plus to make all trades look like sells. If this goes blue then.....

Epione Swajal Solutions (ESSIL) to ink an Indo-US Contract in Energy Sector
03 June 2023
Epione Swajal Solutions (ESSIL), incubated at BITS Pilani, K K Birla Goa Campus and founded by Prof. Anirban Roy, Associate Professor, Department of Chemical Engineering inks an Indo-US Contract in Energy Sector for design of Membrane Based Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) Pilot Plant.
NEXT-ChemX Corporation, USA (NCX), has developed a hollow fiber membrane-based technology that enables the continuous extraction, transfer and concentration of targeted metal ions (such as lithium) from large liquid volumes.
ESSIL has signed a contract to design and develop a pilot for direct lithium extraction for NCX to be deployed at Austin, Texas for testing real life brines from Bolivia, including projects in Argentina and Chile. The contract starts from June 2023. NCX has secured exclusive rights to use its proprietary and patent pending lithium technology in partnership with Clontarf Energy PLC, UK, in Bolivia.
CEO of NEXT-ChemX, Mr. Benton H Wilcoxon remarked: “I am very impressed with Professor Anirban Roy’s knowledge and experience in the engineering of practical applications of Membrane technology, as well as his former students and associates who demonstrate the key thing missing from most universities around the world. That is the excellence in “core chemical engineering”, that is so critical to the realization of actual tangible products and processes which enable real beneficial change and solutions that benefit people and society worldwide.”
Prof. Anirban Roy stated: “I hope we meet the expectations which NCX as entrusted upon us. This project should encourage Indian startups in Core engineering disciplines to make a mark in the International ecosystem”
Mr. Benton H Wilcoxon is an accomplished American entrepreneur with a world-class talent for integrating new materials technologies into revolutionary products. He has founded upwards of 10 companies to commercialize new products, most notably Ashurst Technology Ltd (Ashurst) and Composite Technology Corporation (CTC). Currently, his latest advanced technology company is NEXT-ChemX Corporation.
Prof. Anirban Roy is an Associate Professor in Department of Chemical Engineering with 11 patents filed, 2 US and 1 Indian Patent granted. He is the Director of Trumed Group (a 20 Mn INR entity) and founder of ESSIL. Prof. Roy’s current focus is on making ESSIL a leader in Membrane based solutions in Indian sub-continent.
Which two are transacting at these levels?
5 out 7 MMs between 0.115p and 0.125p - can see where the MMs want to take this....
We won't have long to wait to find out... I expect news on the trials to come through pretty quickly once it gets up and running.
Selling of placing share continues!
Still many big buys too
This will be north again today
Can’t be many placing shares left gla x
This am like yesterday first think before we went on a march - last of Placing shares or rainbow chasers as a lot of activity in a lot of companies on AIM today...
I know,i know....i spoke too soon....
