Can I suggest you read latest RNS and watch the interview that followed it? Probably answers most of your questions.
Trying to understand the cash burn rate as even in the last 12 months we've seen significant dilution. On the plus side the company already has a good working relationship with Bolivian Govt but I feel it needs a joint venture partner with deep pockets to succeed - $500,000 I fear will not be enough to get through to revenue stage
Have this on my watchlist - asking the question as stated in the Sept 23 update - am I correct in thinking that Funding continues to be required and the board will need to address this sooner rather than later. the module pilot plants and upscaling that they talk about will need up front money. Can't see that they have sorted this out as of yet ??
The longer it takes for new or more advanced technology to come to market the higher the chance it will have competition and lost the competitive edge. Its the chance you take with any product development that is looking at a solution for a problem. For some reason some in here believe only one company looks for solutions to a problem rather than all of them.
What Rebel states is absolutely true, i'm baffled to why anyone is challenging it.
@irishdemon
It's not 'nonsense', if it was, what are you doing here? just waiting to post 'utter nonsense', 'classic gold'.
@Pauly80
There is only so much research that you can do, simply because there are competing technologies. But I have read the following - https://www.researchgate.net/publication/365859098_A_review_of_technologies_for_direct_lithium_extraction_from_low_Li_concentration_aqueous_solutions
As for idiot, just look in the mirror.
I guess this is a common problem with unregulated forums . Any idiot can post whatever they want. Some have a longing to feel important, feel they have a say and want belonging and validation.
Others want to ramp and make baseless claims
Sad but a reality “. Annoys me personally as I am only concerned about seeing my investment come to fruition . I am not bait to make friends or crave attention. I am genuinely appreciate of genuine investors sharing articles, news and advice.
What utter nonsense. You have no idea !!
@rebel100 a bold claim. Evidence?Research?
Not sure how you have come to that conclusion. Not at all sure what it’s based on.
Clon refer to the technology as ‘encouraging’ at this stage. The Chinese and Russians have been given massive contracts and have their own technology
To me it seems that CLON / Partner has the best technology, less water usage, time it takes to extract the lithium, scalability etc. involvement of the EU, dare I say, there are so many positives.
Spec savers 🤔

La Paz, April 4, 2024 (UCI-YLB).- The National Strategic Public Company of Bolivian Lithium Deposits (YLB) awarded the Transport Cooperative "Vinto K" R.L., of the Vinto K community, in the Salar de Uyuni, Potosí, the "dump truck rental service for construction, maintenance and processing of raw material management 2024", generating the dynamization of the economy in the region.
YLB invited 14 national and southwestern Potosí companies and micro-enterprises, related to the sector, to participate in the call, under the modality of direct contracting for activities directly related to the business line or business. Two bidders were presented: the Delta Rio Grande S.R.L. Company, with a proposal of Bs 25 million, and the Vinto K R.L. Transport Cooperative, which offered Bs 15.5 million for the service, this being the proposal with the lowest price.
"The Transport Cooperative "Vinto K" R.L. complies with the conditions and technical characteristics of the requested service, being the company that offered its services at the lowest price, recommending the award," states the report YLB-GOM-0032-INF/24 of the state-owned company. The awarded company brings together families from different communities in the area, which means an economic movement for the communities surrounding the YLB Industrial Complex. The contracting process was published in SICOES and will be brought to the attention of the Office of the Comptroller General of the State, for its inspection and review within the framework of current regulations
Good news on it’s way? :)
An update
I’ve worked for a next generation battery company and the ceo dangled carrots to hit targets. Has there actually been a next chem x since 2022????
The frustration is everything associated with this company takes so long and is so drawn out.
Poor comms generally but has been more frequent (compared to their normal gaps).
However Chitta in this case it may be more private and rightly so as we are apparently expected to be 6 weeks away from news that will clarify if the company may fold (and DH to be remembered as a complete joke and incompetent fraud) OR whether he manages to secure a deal which would be his only success in 15 plus years but also give him an incredible reputation.
There has to be some Data on the DLE process after all thisbtime and that data will have been passed on to the bolivians for the meetings with the European union.I cannot see why we arent privy to it .
Riseandshine - as always good to hear you are still here. It’s been a long drawn out journey and it ‘may’ have a fruitful result.
Yes you made a good point and I can only assume it ‘may’ be because the YLB know the company well.
I did think it was interesting when David said words to the effect that they would happily send stuff abroad to get the right training . I can imagine YLB were happy with that
