If you want to read some truly self ingratiating ,self righteous clap trap , you have to look no further than the repetitious twadle that's being heavily peddled else where.Need I say more?
surprise not you are still here. What's the point in you posting on a share you don't hold. We all know your opinions inside out. Wolf circling his prey comes to mind.
When both list I can see the shareholders dumping their shares to get what value they can. The accounts for CICC still no sign.why May be The accounts can't back up previous RNS on gold assets?? Cicg Will be interesting to see what update when listed,as posted previously a lot of work has been going on behind the scenes. IPOs still waiting for our shares from previous RNS to go into our accounts,no doubt another non starter. A case of waiting to see what develops over the next few months,Some investors have already departed onto the express train to heaven and have missed the link to the next journey .
yes you are dead right there Joe , CICG did delist because of the Gobi asset due to being advised to do so ,thanks for straightening that up , i still have faith in CICG relisting on another exchange soon ,maybe even on a higher SP than when they closed on the LSE . GL
leapfrog. i assume this will go the same way as the pervious cic shares? I have the collection now within my standard account, the cicg ones will get moved and sit therefore till they are either wiped out of existence or they list again. I guess at this point HL will then say or decide whether they can trade on my behalf.

Hi Jim, CICGwas not delisted by rhe LSE, but had to delist because of the large Gobi assey required a RTO because of the large Gobi asset. That was probably on the advice of the previous advisers. That were not retained by CICGold.Probably sacked. Because of incompetence. Aimho I would imagine that they chose to delist because of the time taken to relist by the tea- drinkers of the FCA. aimho my opinion being very humble compared with CEO of the advisers, VS A named after their leader. Very Sexy Andrew. What a xxxxer
Everything is good and will see over time that this was the best course of action. I just hope that the group do seek damages and heavy ones!!!!!
I trust all have made a correct record of their holdings- for future reference.
The company needs to do better when it comes to communicating with it's shareholders, even more so now that we probably won't get any further RNS. The last company announcement on it's website was the operational update of 4th Jan. That is pretty much all we have to go on...
I'm Pi55ed Off ;-)
raison d'etre was to bring others Co's to mkt - oh the irony. Hey ho.
Blog 8. You stated in your blog of 12.55 that you have, quote "I`ve assisted with over 80 IPO`s " If they were anything like like CIC that would make you 200 years old.
Joe ok that was more like my post you mentioned , not misleading just used LSE and not FCA , I have just gone through the RNS`s and can see I should have put FCA , certainly not misleading , but while you post can you point us in the direction on why CICG got suspended and was not allowed to rejoin the LSE , cheers Jim
Blog 7. Sage, You are doing the same job as Sense and Marion.did for 2.5 years. You were not at the wedding or funeral. However you were at the share meeting in London. In you blog at 11.51, you asked me to phone SB. Where do you think I had all the promises from.? Please reply to this with facts. Let me know your holding and I will declare mine on this blog.
May I just correct some misleading posts. The UKLA is a Government Agency that comes under the FCA. It has nothing to do with the LSE, which is a private company. CICGold was a listed Company, therefore delisted from the LSE. We have some very good and experienced directors that, I am sure, are looking after our best, and their own, interests. In all 3 companies where we hold shares, and were looking to list on the London market. The UKLA, being a Government organisation will be, to my mind, imbued with the same tea-break mentality of all government organizations. Amino.
Sage, "5 posts" means that I am not "All Mouth and Trousers" like some people. I probable hold more cic and cicg than you.!!
What an absolute shambles this company is. Staggering from one crisis to another. Never do any research as to if they can achieve the promises they make. Never provide any accounts. Never ever achieve the promises they make. Promises, promises, promises. !!!!
This will allow the Company to seek a regulated market listing in the short term on a Designated Exchange whereby the true value of the ordinary shares can be reflected.
Exactly... public updates and not phone blarney!
Well we get an rns to say we have left which in the scheme of things is pretty good. We have no idea why, where we are going next, any time scale after years of nothing. We have no idea of business progress, what the others are doing and why we couldn't list. All hidden under this mystery of listing and unable to talk. Well they could tell us everything today if they wanted.
I'm assuming that the reason the BoD were holding out for the LSE listing was to appeal to a global market, does any other market in Europe offer this? If not why bother listing in Europe. These are testing times for the group in general and we need some honest upfront answers to what the future holds... if it's all been a load of bull the at least have the decency to put us out of our misery.
dougiem36/ My broker has no news on any new exchange , I put him in the picture about CICG going to join another exchange ,he said he would message soon as any news of a new exchange , I did ask him if he had spoken to SB but said on briefly about a year ago . so lets hope things move a bit faster now .
anyone not a link for equivalent RNS' on this euro exchange (frankfurt i presume?)
