@Smyth Personally I don't understand the excitement shown by ICB888 as it is not as if the share price didn't fall below the placing price last time around. I think his excitement is more to to do with his day trading strategy than anything other.
Just as a matter of fact we are approximately 15% below the placing price from May last year.
But fear not, both Chariot and ST tell us we are about to receive news shortly/imminently...
Will that said news be the catalyst? 🤔 Hopefully not long until we find out😣
🧍by waiting on tenterhooks.
Yip that rise defo continues 🥱🥱🥱
Thanks for pointing that out ICB888👏😄
The last reported trade after the close was 100000@16p which is also the highest price paid all day. The rise continues and is now 2p above the placing price as we await imminent news on Anchois.
@21:10 - Thanks. Just googled and made it make sense.
@ 17:54 It might not be ominous as the trade was booked as a TNCP.
Yeah massive....... 0.1% of total float....
@smyth that was likely ICB888 got his %age for the day 👍
Yeh thats a bit of a late trade, jeez a hope its not another start of selling😑😑
That is big amount someone is off loading.. is this 100% a sale, can someone confirm?
FYI.........phoned broker, corporate action form will be on account tomorrow!
I was hoping to apply for excess shares online through my broker - normally would see a 'corporate action' on my account - might need to phone them!
Open Offer Entitlements and Excess CREST Open Offer Entitlements credited to stock accounts of Qualifying CREST Shareholders in CREST due to commence 8.00 a.m. on 14 July, unless you have SB account then you would of probably already received notification.

Hi, has anyone seen the corporate action yet for the Open Offer Shares?...........I'm with Interactive Investor and nothing yet!
Thanks ICB888 keep up the good work👏😄
We are looking for a lot more than a 50% rise as per the ST article yesterday :
“ Furthermore, with Auctus risked valuation of $630mn (44p per share) for Anchois’ 2C contingent resources of 637Bcf three times the company’s existing share price, then a successful farm-out and financing of the flagship project should act as a major share price catalyst. Both broking houses have a 60p per share core net asset value valuation. The open offer is worth taking up and the shares, which are marginally below the offer price in my last article, continue to rate a buy”
44p is 3x the current sp and 60p is 4x. Malcy is sticking with £1.
Yeah, but PRD has a lot smaller mcap Vs CHAR. Uplift is ~10-15M on mcap. Extrapolate that to CHAR and you are looking at a rise of 1-1.5p, based on the vast amount of shares in CHAR have in issue
The prd investors trust the board and brokers targets, but yes hopefully soon we will have the jam
Also a good reminder of what good news can do for the share price. PRD was Up 25% at the opening bell and is now Up 50%.
It will hopefully not be too long before we see something similar at CHARIOT.
Moving Up again this morning with a few decent size buy’s including 200000 at 15.86p which is £31000 vote of confidence.
Good morning stardrops.
I think if you check you will see what I actually said was - "And for the expected reply from the usual suspects, "It is another great top up opportunity" 🤔 ........
KB says fill yer 🥾s😉
That was clearly not directed at Jimmy.
I appreciate Jimmy's posts as much as anyone else on here and have said so on multiple occasions.
Feel free to have a pop at me but please don't misquote what I have said as a means of doing so😄
PRD successful drill .... Morocco is fast becoming the place to be .... should aid our discussions. Our onshore, soon to be awarded, licences are becoming more interesting by the day.
