Love it when trolls throw out words like “facts.” And if you’d followed my indicators (both up and down) you too would be sitting on multiples of your initial investment. But you’re just a bs troll or simply programmed to stay poor.
And there you are again, mischaracterising my posts, and mischaracterising what this specific consolidation means and how it came about in light of the charlestown deal.
Real bottom of the barrel stuff from you today, Max.
60/40 farm out with a global super major and now financed for the foreseeable future 🫵😹
GLA DYOR
The facts speak for themselves Bilbo, “our own in house indicator user” those indicators will trip you up on the consolidation have to actually learn how to trade old school.
It’s not hard to work out RNS gets put out anyone who has an alert set up will turn up here, briggs and myself alike.
At least I ain’t been here ramping since the crack of day, consolidation news is a bad sign but buy in some more, you will notice it won’t affect market cap folks don’t expect a massive increase in your portfolio if you are that green. Market cap only does that.
Madmax “the neutral trader” using irrelevant tropes to fud the recent RNS.
Curious how he and our other resident troll Briggs emerge at the same time.
If I had a £ for every time that I heard a farm out (still not a done deal) was the key to riches, derisked projects and provided financial security for the next XX years for every dog share on AIM I wouldn't be here listening to your continued dribble, Willec.
The fact is that nothing is assured and majors put a bit of money into things to keep their options open and see how situations develop generally - it would mean nothing to them to pull the plug (on a deal that's still not finalised) or at any point if the wind or their strategy changes.
High risk, low competency at CEG.
You are clueless and only post as a troll to deramp.
Charlestown Energy will as a result of this deal and consolidation will bring in enough monies to allow us to get through to the post where we get $12.5m from Chervon which again will tide us through at least the next 5 years and with drilling planned in 2027 (3 years away) a nice discovery will secure our company for many many years to come.
You know willec, I am starting to question if you are Eytan himself trying to influence this board. He/you knows there is a lot of unpredictable headwinds for this stock and was cautious to highlight them in an interview. A share consolidation is not a good sign it’s a short term patch to make a stock look attractive to the gullible. I was wondering how they would play this part and now I know.
Madmaxium - you are the naive one as of today's news we basically have little expenditure, apart from running costs which are minimum to us until drilling in 2027. So for nearly 3 years of finacially security if fantastic news for a oil junior.
Buying into a company on a share consolidation news as a good thing, dear god we have a lot of naive investors here.
JBT2007 - not this this discussion, but any discussion - he is completely clueless.
Yet again, misleading, have you no shame? There were trades at 0.29, what don't you understand about your term "the highest point in the past year" You clearly need educating you don't know enough to be participating in this discussion!
JohnBriggs what is your problem? and why dislike this company so much? You are just a complete prat without a clue
Oh you're talking about any intraday spike, now who's being misleading...
You already know the answer to that JB, it was the day of the Chevron RNS as you well know. As I said last time can't you do research?
"pulled up on misinformation before"... LOL get over yourself.
Please tell us which date the SP reached 0.29 in the past 12 months for the cour records please, JBT
You've been pulled up on misinformation before JB. You know full well that the high wasn't 0.14 it was 0.29. Any chance of sticking to facts or doesn't that chime with your very clear biased agenda?
JohnBriggs, this is just starting we will soon be a lot higher. If this was 'nogo' why would Chervon be interested and now big institutations are getting involved like Charlestown Energy. This is nothing but very positive news for the company.
I know you do not hold but for us really share holders happy to wait 3 years and CEG will be a completely different animal playing with the big boys in Uruguay when we go to drill with the help of Chervon.
Good try with the lowest and highest point in the past year - not quite 500%, more like 190%. But a more "honest" view would be performance over the past 1 year at 45% up.
Is this the rerate you've been harping on about for years, Willec?
I would say 0.03 to 0.14p in 6 months not bad.
Where else can you get nearly 500% in 6 months?
All this "AMAZING" news and yet the SP is stuck in the doldrums.... gotta laugh at the rampers
50:1 would be fine - no problem with this at all. It will only benefit the company in the long term.
Share price of c 6p per share will certainity attract more major institutions show a fantastic future ahead for the company.
A company with no debt, biggest acreage in Uruguay, 3D towards the end of 2024 in to 2025 and drilling in 3 years. Can't be much better than that.
VERY STRONG BUY!!!
Willec, see section from the RNS, they have already stated that subject to shareholder approval it will be at least 50:1.
the Company's shareholders have approved, and the Company has thereafter undertaken, a share consolidation on the basis of at least 50:1 (this being a necessary requirement to enable Charlestown's share custodian to hold shares in the Company).
Would love a 10:1 as this means the sp will be over 1p and then allow major insitutions to buy the stock which a lot can't do for shares up 1p and then we will definitely fly. This share is only headed on way which is north.
How many times has that been now in the inglorious history of CEG - yet the direction of the SP post consolidation is always one way - DOWN!
How many times can you put lipstick on a pig to make it more attractive?
