Take a chill pill sports fans!
The Board is therefore currently exploring a range of alternative structures and investment strategies focused on creating value for its existing shareholders.
Perhaps not the news we had hoped for but there a number of investing companies out there doing quite well!!
I’ll be continuing to hold.
Good luck to all, whatever you decide.
:-)
Well imagine how Paul Stephens feels
My average is 3.25. I’m seriously depressed about this, I just don’t know anymore
Neddy1
I understand your concern. There will be a stampede at 8. If you must, sell a portion but you only loose when you sell....you might get a better price later in the day....traders will jump on when it folds on open
Neddy , you won’t lose everything. Hold strong it will still come good
I'm unbelievably disappointed with this update - genuinely thought the experience of this board would bring home the bacon.
Absolute scum, will lose everything I have when this opens!
Webba, your thinking just went out the window.
Quite frankly mad if you’re selling out at this point. 7 days to go. RTO and suspension likely at any point. Worst case scenario not gets suspended for 6 months, to strike a deal. If at the end of that no deal in place funds returned to shareholders .... not a good place to be for anyone
The people that are selling are the ones who think that the impending suspension has a bearing on a potential deal being negotiated. It does not, the BOD will have 6 months to negotiate one if nothing announced by 6 April. Up to 6 months. Could be anytime really.
Hasn’t this now dropped about 50% in 4 weeks? Was 4p the other day. Need to see what’s going on
Ok so lets forget the below stupidity.
Nick Lee - Riverfort - Director of 6 CCAP
Riverfort are starting new SPAC companies as we speak to list to do RTO's
I'm pretty sure that Riverfort wouldn't be progressing and advising on new SPAC's if there wasn't already a deal with CCAP.
As this would make zero business sense and also deter any further CO / SPAC using there services moving forward,
CCAP is way further down the line and also has cash in the bank.
Any thought of a NO DEAL is ridiculous in my eys
Nightflight3..******....spot them a mile off...filtered
Haha new account with one post. What an idiot. Nick Lee will deliver like he always does. Gave Stephen Jones the confidence to put 450k in, only gets paid for getting a RTO done in the time. Admitted they had offers in December, clearly going for the best deal. Not long to wait now...
I agree. Almost 1m buys in 45 mins. Is the fun about to begin?
Loading up to potentially go into suspension is a highly unlikely strategy IMO. Interesting week coming up so let see.....
This is the first time that the sp has failed to rally on the back of Stephen Jones' TR-1 RNSs. The opposite, in fact.
What exactly does this Mr Jones know that we don’t???
Lots stood waiting to see. Nick Lee has an impressive CV and current contact list to die for. If he can’t flip any of those businesses into an RTO we may as well give up and go home.
Not sure the large tr1 holder is that relevant tbh. I think nick lee reputation and the fashion for spacs is what is keeping people’s interest but it isn’t a slam dunk here I agree
Not sure what to make of CCAP, everyone seems to be clinging onto the reputation of Nick Lee and a large TR1 holder....Is that enough? I was expecting this to edge up to around 4p by the end of the month but instead it’s drifting back every week day until Fridays where there is usually an increase that takes it back to where it was.
Wish I had your confidence Madgeyboy. The only 'game changer' that I can see is that if the RTO does not occur, the Company’s Ordinary Shares will be suspended from AIM. Tick Tock indeed, the longer this goes on, the more worrying it gets.
We don’t. We just hope the big boys have more to lose than us if there isn’t an rto
Getting excitingly close to what could be an absolute game changer here. Hold tight if you’re in for the long haul. Rewards come to those with patience.
