What a strange set of trades here, couple of nice buys in morning and then really petty selling throughout the day...weird
Looking at the timing and content of the posts I'd say there's a fair chance Suhail made his 10% too... if so then congratulations. I appreciate that it's difficult for LTHs sometimes to see traders jumping in and profiting off the back of their misery, but it's just different trading strategies - they (almost always) aren't responsible for collapsing the SP.
I contacted my brother (interactive investor) to vote on my behalf against all the resolutions. Please do the same if you haven't already.
"Thank you for your secure message dated 13th January 2020. I can confirm that I have submitted your votes against all resolutions for the upcoming Cloudbuy Plc meeting."
It is actually Roberto Sella, to name him correctly
You have to think that Mr Stella wants to take it private, and he is quite possibly buying the dumped shares via a third party..
but , what about William Joseph Barbour and Mark Dixon ? .....one has to wonder whther they are still holding onto their shares
You only have to look over at MPAY (currently) and others such as BRY (previously) to realise this may not be done yet and i dont think it is. GL
£652.16k mcap.....hummm even the website domain name must be worth way more than that ...given the popularity of "the cloud" right now
Mate, good on you if you had sold. Its your money for you to do with as YOU please. This isn’t kindergarten, though you get some that act like someone stole their pocket money.
Bottom was reached here on big director sells which as Riddler pointed out opens up its own/other potential avenues. Its a risk, yes but one that may reward holders very handsomely (mm’s dont want to give many away sub 0.55-0.60 and for a company that is ‘doomed’ as some may have you believe, the price action suggests otherwise).
This is aim after all, you only have to see what happened to the unfortunate holders over at LEK (which i was in on the rise and exited a few days prior to suspension luckily due to both profit taking and company location not sitting well with me).
A quote that rings true when dealing on aim is ‘nothing is what it seems’.
I only have a small holding here as opposed to elsewhere and the lads earlier provided some decent entertainment, i’l be hanging around until this breaches 1p and then think about leaving. Initially this fell 70% to 0.90p and i reckon it moves back there over the next week imo.
GL
Cheers for heads up riddler
Clearly you’re not well versed in research, let me try to help you. His first post here was with the SP at 0.45 (bid 0.40 ask 0.50) - his last came with the SP at 0.675( bid 0.60 ask 0.75)
Given very little was sold at 0.60 IF he did sell it was likely at 0.55 (where there were quite a few sells) which would equate to 10%.
Maybe i should call you newby instead of mibo? Sounds fitting and perfectly suited to your posting history LOL
Every chance Suhails taken his 10% and moved on here anyway so you can stalk him elsewhere, im sure if this drops he’l be back in. Know your audience.
You can call me sensei for this lesson on one of your peers. GL
Or maybe its your fascination with him that makes you want to believe he has?
Your posting history doesnt do you any favours. Just another cry baby following Suhail around it looks like. Good banter though babes?? (LOL)
Of course buddy. Lol
Mibo you wrote TRP was going to do a 60% rise today. LOL get back inside your hole.
Some of us are sat at over 20% gains here in less than 24h, bottom was reached yesterday. This is only for the brave though so move along.
Price action is fascinating, some decent money to be made here. GL
It's quite an interesting scenario... for £165k someone could pick up enough shares to block the de-listing, which would probably cause a rally that they could then sell into.
Far too rich for my blood, but the low mcap here means it's not beyond the realms of possibility for a lot of 'watchers'
Dont understand your logic here riddler... can u elaborate?
Well the MMs need to get shot of 11m shares from the Duncans, they will quite happily sell them on to the dead cat bounce merchants or whoever they try and leave the shares with, no one will want them come delist, so play a game of chicken if you want.......
I admire your bravery riddler good luck to you. By the way did you take a position in ALS before christmas?looking very strong
Directors jumping ship. A disgrace if you ask me.
The selling pressure is on
" The Company confirms that, with the exception of David Gibbon, the existing Directors expect to resign following the Cancellation. Ronald Duncan and Lyn Duncan will be available in an advisory capacity only, based on their long experience of the Company."
Too little, too late
It has been a long slow painful death for this AIM disaster. Seemingly all triggered by Ronalds dodgy share dealing years ago!
Well that goes to show not all clouds have a silver lining
Terrible
