My apologies - they are due in Aug but are to 30 June!
Due this month
Personally I'm pleased that they've finally recognised that they need to make the existing contracts generate (and then grow) transactional revenue. Once they have shown they can grow users, transactions and then revenue in the first handful of contracts, we will be able to properly assess what it will take to break-even and start to make profits. Having worked with NHS contracts before, its not easy changing the habits of public-sector procurement teams, but if they can do this, the volume and value of transactions are enormous. There is no doubt that CBUY have tried to run before they can walk and lost credibility with PIs through silly financing deals, but it feels like it is priced to fail at <10p and even a modest growth in revenues could see big SP growth. IMO its worth a bit of a high-risk speculation here.
" The outlook for the business remains challenging, however, management believes that cost reduction actions and a sharper focus on realistic revenue growth puts the Company in an improved position for 2017 and 2018." I think what they are saying is that they have realised that they were digging themselves into a bottomless pit and now have the difficult task of digging themselves out again .... "An improved position " ...just means that they dont think things can get any worse than they aleady are

6p so you will still be here next Christmas?
Anything with cloud in it sounds fishy.
I've been watching the SP movement here for a while, and what's interesting to me is the number of chunky buys that have been used to drive up the SP suggesting that good news might be on its way. However, I suspect that should volume drop so will the SP. I'm hoping to bail should the SP get above the 6p mark although I'm tempted to buy a few should it drop back. GLA
This month on the 18th. Hopefully there will be a statement ahead of it
It could be that it was just simply oversold.
Paid now and I'm feeling that I am fast becoming the bb romper here - lol. Come on bod give us some news....
3.25p paid now - interesting buys ... speculation or in the know ??
3p paid....
Else I believe our recent run will fade away. Come on bod - it can't be too hard , can it?? Lol
With a spread of 20% (if that is correct) then you need to have a bit of an upswing to make it all worthwhile... Problem is ..if the MMs decide to drop the bid then you could find yourself shut in with the doors bolted... Interesting to know what has brought in a few buyers...a punt or researched buy Finances are far too precarious and the losses just too high for the revenues at present ..IMHO
2.925p paid now - not ramping here just curious. I guess if this keeps rising we might get a speeding ticket from the company......
Yep - 8k being spent! Wonder if this is the BOD picking up stock at what maybe a ridiculously low share price if growth and revenue picks up.
Some rather large buys going through here of late. I wonder what the buyers know that I don't......
It is certainly heading towards the edge of a cliff, that is for sure....and it will no doubt end up depending on whether it can raise more money and what a future dilution will be ....the cash burn and losses are both way too high, and the marketplaces are just not developing fast enough....they sadly have wasted too much of the money they were given Sella will be the one pulling the strings and shareholders risk losing the lot to him... "Material good news" isnt something this company delivers in any great abundance
In my view this stock is priced for failure. Any material good news and this will fly considering there are around 130m shares in issue. I'm hoping the worst is over and they slowly but surely develop and grow the business
A little top up - just in case.....
Let there be a leak here.... lol....
them free or as honest Ron would put it in lieu of pay. But time and time again Ron talks of lessons learned and jam tomorrow. Basically unless you're a mega rich investor looking for a tax write off like Roberto S - then the Duncans are not investable. How Ron can talk about opportunities being bigger than first thought after his exuberant claims that one day Cloudbuy will be bigger than Apple makes me laugh. Cloudbuy isn't a business it's a charity that pays it's Directors handsomely even for failure
