Another family business like Caspian Sunrise.
Both have their eldest children in roles within the business ready to take over when required.
To have a planned succession is always a positive sign for any business.
Casp has Kuat's Son and Daughter, Midiel Engineering ( and other interests ) has Benny Igglands son.
Midiel (Benny/Martin) have got a few shares in this ..... Midiel Engineering AG 110,812,501 4.92, I don't really understand why? and that goes for our Pharma friends as well .... Dae Han New Pharm Limited 224,830,964 9.99
And the Ex Captain of the KC Caspian Explorer.
No one answered that Quiz question did they?
All the stock is in safe hands, this is going to fly at some point when those funded Deeps all flow ...

Mike,
Benny, Daehann etc, neither are they :).
That was a great find by Adrianz and I for one can’t understand how and why they’ve not RNS’d it ? most odd indeed. I can’t find anything in Casper comms to state that they were clearing the well? Last comms stated they were planning a side-track then nothing in the following update ?
Why isn’t the sp flying on anticipation of a positive result? Obviously history has softened our expectations but I’m happy to see it being done, they must have milled out the stuck pipe, tubing and anything else that’s been lost down there over the last 10 years. If it does flow, our Absolute may be looking at a different deal, if not, somebody else will.
803 must be through the salt by now and down at 3000m hopefully, not long to wait there and B8 too.
A chunk of cash coming their way, add in CE and B8 loan and some production, what’s not to like. This will win again BUT if A5 flowed, it’s a game changer, all for 3.5p . I be helping it along ;)
Benny & Daehan know exactly why they were invited in to the fold ...
Was looking at satellites of 803 earlier.
A5, 803, sackfull of cash to flow everything else, maybe buy something ... Hmm ...
People will be adding at 7p going, this is going to be amazing ...
SmartyP1,
The 803 Deep Well must be at 3,000m? Not a chance! more like between 2km-2,500m by month end by my cals. TD to 3,950m (first interval of interest) or 4,200m (second zone of interest will be drilled to if the first zone is none commercial) will be nearer to August being kind, so I wouldn't expect TD any time soon.
They said they would be milling down the A5 stuck pipe yonks ago, obviously to no avail, and will now drill a 400m sidetrack spurring off the main drill hole (they initially perforated 63m of the 105m net pay intervals) and the last RNS 25 March said the rig was now in place - after 7 weeks since I would have expected the well to have spud by now with news anytime.
Firm discussions had officially started with a potential partner to bring Deep Well 802 into production 25 March (probably a lot earlier) so after over 2 more months (by this month end) surely an agreement with 'the' Specialist will have been signed. What will the deal be? $1-$2 per barrel for the first 1m barrels? If the MJF deal goes through sooner than the 8 August deadline they could just pay the Specialist instead of giving away a %/$ per barrel?
I think they've cracked flowing the deeps now with a new acid formula etc. the last deep well to be drilled was the A8 which was successfully drilled and perforated, will it be the same drill team working on the A5 Deep Well? I hope so as the A8 deep Well was drilled to around 5,500m!
Then onto the A7 Deep Well and Reserves booked thereafter.
They tried a little drop then from 3.53 to 3.48, straight back to 3.53.
Wonder if the boats engines are turning over yet, warming up, being supplied?
Summer, Summer, Summer time ... not long to wait now.
Its all very subdued on here, so much to come in a very short time, this BB should be bouncing
They will be Mike... prolly won't be this lot as they'll bail on the first smaller rise, but it's coming and imo its coming in size and volume.
Coffee - it's a barge ( no engines to turn over or warm up ) it is manouvred by a tug.
Wolfi, look up and behind you ...
There is indeed a great deal of news coming to CASP in the next few months and as is often said here, one of these projects has got to work out. The sale of BNG is not sealed, boaty has not slipped its moorings, and deep wells drill levels are not reported on. It's difficult to bounce without something to bounce on. We await news as always. Stay patient
Coffee - Sorry but i don't understand your last post .
Wolf, I was saying it went over your head ...
Another interesting link.
Caspian Explorer, first time this type of ship was 'built' (assembled ) in Kazakhstan.
It was made by a consortium, one of the major share holders of a consortium company was an Italian company called Eni thru its subsidiary Saipem..
ENi are running the Abay block drills along with the state oil & gas co Kazmunaigaz and have hired the ship they collectively paid hundreds of millions to have built and then sold to Kuat.
Daehan New Pharma - Directors and links into shipping, they've stayed invested for a long time with only the test run minimal dividend payment as reward ( last year)
Kuat - links to shipping in Holland, OIl in Kazak and other business interests.
Iggland - links to Holland.
Al Marri - UAE connection, Oil & Gas family, head of immigration, bought Kairat's complete share holding at a knock down price in names of three family members, two of them then sold 5% to Benny Iggland after a suitable pause and currently retain 4.92%. Unless I have missed it, the Al Marri family did not release a TR1 as they are foreign owners and held under 5% each, Midiel Engineering did release a TR1 as over 3%. Share holder register updated to show the movement of funds.
Obviously the concert party isn't acting along with the other major 10% and 5% share holders as they've put that in the RNS, but luckily none have ever voted against any motion at any AGM or EGM so we can assume they are not working in concert but are working in agreement.
That's good for us minority PI's as they own 70%+ of the total issued stock and benefit from future dividends and sale proceeds.
All of this has been a long time in the planning.
