This "SHOULD" be a game changer...but really quite surprised there has not been a bigger increase in the share price.
Still leaves the unanswered question(s) concerning the Capital Reduction.
Do some people know certain things the rest of us don't?
Great news...but a lacklustre response. Very peculiar all things considered.
Finncap retain their 11p target price today, and conclude:
"Implications: Byotrol’s principal products pass this test, with claims supporting 24-hour protection against viruses and bacteria in real-life conditions, where surfaces are frequently touched. Therefore, if the new test is adopted by the BSI, other companies will have to pass the test if they are to make long-lasting anti-viral claims; enabling businesses and consumers to use products which are proven to be effective in a variety of public spaces where surfaces are frequently touched.
Procter & Gamble has launched a marketing campaign in the UK for Microban24 (it is the only other EPA-approved product in the US to have a long-lasting claim against bacteria), however, whilst it provides an initial kill against the virus, it does not make the 24-hour claim for viruses.
Byotrol will be able to differentiate its products, building on the increased public awareness of 24-hour efficacy, albeit in the case of Microban24, against bacteria only.
?Valuation.
We reiterate our target price of 11p, which would place the stock on an FY 2021 EV/Sales, EV/EBITDA and P/E of 4.1x, 27xand 33.9x, respectively."

Trevor Francis, Chief Technology Officer of Byotrol plc commented:
"Long-term surface protection against viruses is the holy grail that businesses in the hygiene sector are chasing currently. We have responded to a clear market need for clarity on which surface disinfectants continue to deactivate viruses in real-life environments and which don't. It's a huge win for consumers and the government as we return to normality beyond the pandemic."
RNS the holy grail, top up time
lets hope it is not the ****!
I think they might be in talks, just a hunch that’s all.
the fact is that the slow and persistent erosion in the s.p was initiated when the "Capital Reduction" was first announced.
And still no one has explained WHY this reduction was undertaken in the very first place.
A dividend was SUGGESTED by the Board...but, as of yet...not confirmed.
Which broker?
There is nothing at all that would indicate a bid or any corporate actions of that nature are ongoing.Chinese whispers constructed by traders.
Came from a broker. That’s the rumor
Not at all
I’m hearing, anyone else heard this?
Doesn't look like erosion to me its been in this range since October.Interims were very upbeat and there is nothing at all that I can see that would make me want to sell.Trading update due in March and Solvay results Feb 24th lets see what they have got to say about the Blockbuster
I agree it does not look encouraging.
Having said that it probably wouldn’t need much good news to send it northwards.
I’m in to 20000 at 7p. Probably if it got to 10p I would have my finger over the sell button
Just click on the "Live RNS" button above...it is all there to read.
The relevant information does indeed state the money realized might be used to pay a dividend.
"Might" be used.
As of yet...nothing. And not a single word since from the company on this subject.
In fact the only sign of a pulse lately has been the slow but consistent eroding away of the share price.
Hardly very encouraging.
And all since that Capital Reduction.
Rather unsettling all of this.
Just a £30m small cap. I think the board would rather invest into R&D to expand product line than pay out any dividend. Does anyone have a link to this 'capital reduction'?
isn't so they can pay a divi?
Why the capital reduction?
Why the capital reduction?

Tillytish, and others, I would recommend that you go over to the Tremor ( TRMR ) Board, and see just what type of scumbag, stt1 is. Thousands of negative posts from a very very sad individual. I have it FILTERED, but easy to know when it is out and about, a my computer fills up with FILTERED, from it, and the bunch that seem to follow it.
A very sad individual. I would suggest you all do your own research an avoid anything stt1 has to say.
I think you can safely ignore anything that SST writes.
He / she regularly appears on the TRMR BB and is dealt with admirably by contributors there.
He / she also features on ADFN site as Silktech.
Have serious doubts as to their mental stability so please don't encourage or bait - it would be wrong to do that!
The filter feature is a useful feature on this BB
Just doing a little digging and wonder if Radox are looking at an alcohol free hand sanitizer.
