Today's rns regarding this joint venture, means that from next year Brickability will have guaranteed access to another 22m roof tiles per annum. Adding another c£9m to annual revenues. Another example of this company's ability to plan ahead to mitigate supply chain worries and develop future expansion. At first look the venture partners might seem complicated but these are people, Brickability know well, Who presumably will ensure this venture gets underway successfully, on time and on budget.
Thanks Troajan, the name was born around twenty years ago, has served me well. Have a good day.
cracking postal name,that m8.
Just bought in today on the back of the Trading Update. Looks like another SigmaRoc but on the supply side. I see Troajan, already has an interest in both. The HBS acquisition made owning this a no-brainer.
Octopus been steadily investing in this since June, now largest shareholder, interesting?

Good update think first target 150
all good fun
Here goes
The technical chart pennant and volume seem to be indicating that when the penant ends, it will break out towards 114 ish.
However, I'm not sure there is enough data there.
I can imagine it trading in the range for a while; but, as profits go up (and I expect that they will), and, especially, once they have become part of the stable of a couple of different brokerages/analysts and start to gain wider attention, they will, then, (in my opinion) start to fly off the shelves. I wouldn't expect it to happen this year and I can imagine it not being quite there yet in the next year; but, who knows? I think anywhere in the next 3 -6 years is a reasonable expectation.
Where do you see the market cap heading towards in 2 years?
I reckon this one could become AIM100 listed in 3 - 6 years.
it's quite new and not well-known yet, and I haven't seen any brokerages reporting on it yet; but, the current market cap puts it only around 4 places below the lowest of the AIM100, and the strategy looks rock solid to me.
Yeap. A quiet board tends to bode well. Fair value as calculated by VectorVest is 110p, my target is 92p. This is a good recovery play imo. Good luck to you.
Anyone else enjoying the gentle ride up without any noise on here?
Added more today first target 90
Update coming tomorrow....should be good
