Same old story!!! This delayed that delayed, no mention of HVTS (Perhaps KPMG demanded it was closed down too risky) gone into oblivion like casino cash ??? MH not achieving targets. Already know we lost £750k last year what abissmal result for H1 this year can we expect. What with the so called High flyers /legal eagles appointed over the last couple of years and other Incumbent BOD members this performance is pathetic for a company with £1.5 Mcap. Finally what happened to Boxhill (Malta)!!!! Ranting over after all it was a punt in the first place,if ever the opportunity arises I’m out. GLA
Here it is "Trading Update"
https://www.investegate.co.uk/boxhill-tech-plc--box-/rns/trading-update/201811010700059522F/
Not dead yet, although shares still suspended "pending publication of the Annual Report and Accounts and its half-yearly financial results for the 6-months to 31 July 2018."

Under AIM rules this years H1 trading update should be issued by Wednesday . With the risk assessment accepted by KPMG,the HVTS in full flow, and MH achieving his set goals for Market access ,this could be a very exciting week!!!! All that is needed is problems resolved and relisting. Here’s hoping,Clutching at straws, GLA
All a smoke screen IMO and I do not beleive the auditors will be satisfied by any info that comes from the banks. I rather feel the next RNS will mention administrators appointed.
Well there it is and they were true to their word, seems they are being open and transparent wth the reasons but may take 3 months to sort out the new 'banking' changes.

Should they come back and for those locked in I hope they do I feel sure there will need to be a fund raise as cash must be seeping out. Or they could of course let the lotto business go which could command a decent price.
Thanks for that mate
Hi Mike, all it states in last RNS is that they will update within 1 week, as that is dated 08th then it should be tomorrow at the latest.
2 ways of looking at that last RNS 'week' update, firstly, my many unfortunate experiences with suspensions is that they tend to just drag on and on time wise, the longer the more worrying as it is usually followed by going in to liquidation.
Secondly, having said that I have to say it is rather unusual for an RNS to stipulate a time frame /actual date for a news update as in this case 'within a week'. Most often it is 'In due course' or 'as soon as is practicable' blah blah. It gives them 'wriggle' room if nothing else.
Therefore on that very wording it does suggest they are / were confident of meeting that statement because quite simply if they were not it would put undue pressure on them to meet the deadline. If they fail to do so in a week as they state then they run the risk of loss of face / integrity call it what you will. It lends me to believe there will be an update by COP tomorrow, even if not re-listing news then more detail relating to that.
If nothing by Friday then people will have to read in to that wjhat they will. All is not lost just yet and I genuinely hope for all holders this comes back to allow some recompense or even break even or god forbid a profit of some doing.
At least if it comes back holders will be in a position to make decisions something which is impossible when locked out.

So will this come back on??
The Auditors will not sign the accounts off in my view and the business will continue to lose credibility in my opinion.
Rubbish. Excuse late for an appointment mind on other things.GLA
1 billion shares have been released for trading (stock exchange RNS 8.am) trying to find out if same MA.???
Assured info by Wednesday, also notice Box web site no longer mentions Emex. All is not lost MH might be working his magic ,GLA

They launched market access website yesterday. Rns suggests they will be back shortly but have to wait and see.
I don't think it will come back. It will still be losing money during the first half and we know they have been paying bills with shares and of course the auditors will need paying. There is nothing to sell apart from the lotto business and although it could have decent value any cash will be needed to clear debt.
The Directors should all be struck off. This entire EMEX thing stinks of Fraud. Furthermore the reason for the earlier balance sheet revaluation and manipulations was most likely because one of the directors had pocketed the money.
Complete shambles - this will come back with a valuation of GBP 250,000 (i.e. shell valuation). Unless the crony Directors have already decided to bankrupt the company and flip the company as a shell.
Fraud case should be opened. Jokers.
Suspended just as I thought and I feel sorry for those caught holding. There is no value in BOX I am afraid and the revalued asset was the first clue that they needed to bolster the Balance Sheet. I think what they do is so close to being regulated that there is no way the auditors will sign off the accounts. The Lotto business will be hived off prior to the rest of the business slipping into administration as any confidence in clients/customers would have been lost.
The only good point was there were was no mass exodus yesterday. If the big players wanted out yesterday was their chance. Oimo i think i might get something back, here's hoping. GLA
Pretty poor show, looks they they knew KPMG wouldn't sign the accounts off which is why they took the unusual step of publishing unaudited accounts 2 days ago to give the impression everything was ready to go.
We have been down here b4 and managed to come back, only to dilute and buy other attachments to add on to systems already in place. Imo if we come back this time everyone will be looking at exit sp's as this looks more like a money making machine for those in charge.
24 hours earlier results would be issued next day, If 6 months is not long enough, why expect anything within the next week.MH should be given the reins and the Lord and Flitcroft disposed of will not improve until action is taken. GLA
Not issued as promised yesterday, this now means suspension yet again, when will it all end, problems year on year, surely not KPMG refusing to sign off, this is one punt that has not paid off. GLA
could box recover now that all the bad news is out of the way???
Yes seen that. Looks high with all the cash they have.
But they owe clients about £7m!
