The 0.054 were buys. Volume now building
I hope there is good news to come
Let's see where she goes
Won't be many left here now
2017 Results due any time now.
They must include a narrative on the 2 months slow down in may and June, im told its being addressed.
mcap £1.3m this morning. For a payment processing business, Weather lottery business and 5-aside business.
Looks a steal and priced to fail but im assured thats not the case...
Even id take a punt at this price if i wasnt in here well under water.
Buyers today. Still a few left at 0.05
So 5M shares bought so far. Why the interest or just far too cheap?
Payment processing , BOX has been a minnow in the sector, without the ability to get the traction needed, possibly because of the history associated with the company and BOD. Can now see a total redirection into FX (where we have the proven expertise of MH) and HVTS which appears to to be gaining momentum, although experiencing teething problems. If this is the case a RTO could be on the cards(as mentioned by a poster some time back) and the sale of the processing business . All is not lost IMHO. Interesting few weeks ahead. GLA
There wasn't alot of stock prior to todays drop and that is being bought up
Poor rns imo. Blunt in the extreme.
Box reported similar previously with VISA reg changes slowing the business, they made changes and sorted that. I suspect they will do the same again but more pain short term. Mcap dropped to £1.1m today which is priced to fail.
No update on previous months trading, good bad or average, final results are due so i hoped they are getting the bad news out before some good. Sigh
Looks like it may be going higher
Nice move by the MMs yesterday and PLOP. Well if the update says they have sorted it out then back to 0.07. Not sure how much revenue was from the processing side but will need to review the numbers.
410 million shares were issued at 0.1p to cover £410k of invoices on 24.04.2018. These people were paid in shares and at a small premium to the SP. I don't see a mad rush for the door yet from these holders. Volume so far is 32 million.
24th April 2018 RNS...

30pc spread is terrible!!
the company is an absolute sham and one big con
look at all the previous deals its just a way to pay themselves and keep the gravy train going.
this will go under soon
I don’t think we can blame MMs for marking this down. The way box have presented the update sounds bad. Maybe you’re right and it’s not actually as bad as it sounds, but box do need to clarify. There should be other revenues aside from payment processing, so hows the rest of it doing?
"The Group has experienced a substantial decline in certain payment processing revenues during May and June due to a requirement by particular banks to change the nature of transactions they are willing to deal with following regulatory changes."
What regulatory changes new in May and June. Maybe something to do with "The Beneficial Ownership Rules" which are supposed to be enforced May 11th 2018. Just a guess, need BOX to clarify.

MMs have marked the SP down heavily but is it that bad?
"The Company are progressing a number of actions to address the issues, both structurally and in terms of business mix, and expects to update shareholders further during July."
When in July, before or at the AGM on 31st?
Looks like the train just came off the track
There could be big moves up
Very vague RNS, but doesn't sound good with a substantial decline in certain payment processing revenues in May and June, and raises more questions about what is going on at box.
So what were the revenues prior to May and June that have now declined? What type of transactions aren't other banks willing to deal with anymore? If other banks won't deal with those transactions, why where BOX? Is it just payment processing or are other business areas affected? If it was such a problem, why not tell us in the update given on the 31st May?
AGM 31st July with final results due prior to that, so may get some answers within the month
Not good I am afraid and looks like they wanted to warn PI's prior to the results due. To think this floated on AIM several years ago at 0.1p and is 40% down on that, pretty poor to say the least.
Are buys
Yep...interest afoot here again
Do wonder if there is something a foot here. It's been dormant for ages
