Your post has a lot of good points.I was never an investor in Boo,so was not burnt, but others have been.I do not moan as a rule,I try to accept. On this occassion Southcoastbather attacked another poster and threatened to report him.I think everybody on here knows what he is like but this was accepted as being o.k. and nothing was said.I do accept that BOO investors have every right to robustly challenge my views, that is how a board such as this should work. The way pp1--southcoastbather operates by repeat posting and bullying is my gripe.I would not be posting so often on this board if I did not have an issue with the bullying.
Just for clarity I'm not pp1...... I'm scb.
Pedro you can have any opinion you want and share it with us too if you like, that is your right. However when other people disagree with your opinion you have to accept that it is their right to do the same.
It seems to me you, like kallu, are not invested here but want to use this board to share your opinion of boohoo which is, at best, negative. I am sure you are not naive enough to think that those people invested in boohoo will simply sit back and allow you to post your opinion without challenge and you surely must be aware that in your and kallu’s case they will do so in a robust manner given the fact that you are not invested and they question your motives for being here.
Ultimately just like kallu your posts and any data you can find that you think backs them up will get ever more ridiculous as you clutch at more straws in an attempt to justify your stance and that will attract more vitriol and such from the investors who post here.
If you don’t like or can’t handle that then you could just stop posting about a share you have no interest in. There will still be posters here who can’t help but sing the praises of boohoo and don’t want to acknowledge any negatives and there will also be a smattering of £4.00 by January posts too but seriously anyone who purchased shares or increasing their holding based on say people powers relentless it will be a 100 bagger posts are as mad as a box of frogs and deserve everything they get.
Sorry if you were burned by listening to pp1 but that’s your own fault and popping back to whinge about it isn’t going to change anything.
Perception is dictated by your view.Others are entitled to opinions. They may be right or they may be wrong, but one opinion should not dictate on a board such as this. There should be no bullying and repeat posting such as pp1-southcoastbather seems to think is needed. There should be a tolerance of others views, that is how you can benefit from these boards.
Why can southcoasbather attack another poster and threaten to report him? It should be him being reported.Multiple identities.Bullying.Multiple repeat posting.Or is that o.k. because you like what he says ,but do not like what Kallu says?
Pedro we all know the PP1 situ on here.
Grow a pair and stop moaning
Sothcoastbather trying to bully Kallu, now. You are the multiple repeat posting ramper who has multiple identities ,who bullies people on this board and should be reported.
Kallu what a load of ballocks T Rowe are an investment fund buying for clients. As if they would want to get involved with directing an on line retailer.
GL guys i sold yesterday at 210 as was a quick trade for me from 178p.. I’m sure it will go a lot higher soon, sentiments just a little down atm. Took Bwng this morning another beaten down online retailer that should be trading much higher, its on ridiculously low PE.
Kallu please keep writing all these unfounded lies as im compiling a complaint to lse with all of your lies.
Kallu.. and your point is ? Rowe don't have a reputation at all of being active investors.
US are Allies. China are not. The international community are wary of their intentions. Look how Huawei played out.
Some people on here were saying Quiz was going to be Boos downfall. I admit anyone can start a clothing website, but the capital, time and expertise to take it to Boos level is something that can only be done over decades. Boo is at the front of fast fashion and is only going to get bigger.
I think there is a BUYER in the market... oh no i KNOW their is... its in black and white.
£2.50 after Black Friday £2.80 after we beat records, £3.00+ when they announce the Law Suit being settled.
Good day.
ITS ALL THERE..... THE TRUTH ..... JUST IN CASE PEOPLE HAVE FORGOTTEN THE GROWTH....
Dont forget boys and girls...
All air travel getting back to normal levels in the coming weeks.... Headwinds are soon to become tail winds....
Just for reference in case anyone is interested....
Boo are smashing the market up and beating the competition....
Take a look below
Just taking a look at BOO vs ASOS.... the rate at which BOO is taking market share is phenomenal....
Take a look at the revenue growth for BOO...
2012 - 67 million
2013 - 109 million
2014 - 139 million
2015 - 195 million
2016 - 294 million
2017 - 579 million
2018 - 856 million
2019 - 1.2 billion
2020 - 1.75 billion
2021 - 1st half revenue 975 million ( I can see full year being 30 percent more than 2020 so 2.275 billion)
The only short term issue is the shipping costs which is world wide in every industry BUT with air travel returning to normal this cost will also normalise.
If you look at the revenue growth of BOO in the most simple way possible from 2012 to today it has 30 x its revenue!! YES 30 x !!
Lets not forget BOO carries a margin of over 9.5 percent. (ASOS under 5 percent)
Anyone that thinks growth is about to stunt is completely out of touch with reality or they just cant read - Just wait until the acquisitions really start to kick in now we are in the post Covid era!!
The current warehousing and logistics are good for 4 billion of revenue as well so capex will drop back nicely for a few years.
Just take a look at this chart for revenue growth !! - https://www.statista.com/statistics/794862/boohoo-plc-group-revenue-worldwide/
Now compare the above with ASOS - from 2012 to today its revenue has gone from 570 million to 3.2 billion which means ASOS has increased its revenue x 5.7

Boohoo and plt are solid brands that people aspire to wear....

Boohoo current trading.....
The company is currently ahead of the 20 percent growth achieved in q2....
Consumer demand has been improving through August, principally in the UK but also in key overseas markets such as Ireland and France, where there has been a re-acceleration in the rate of growth. This has again improved in September, where the rate of gross sales growth has increased compared to that achieved in the second quarter of the financial year.
Our expectation is for full year sales growth of 20%
Shein will have some BIG Skeletons in their closet. Politically it will not make sense for our Government to incentivise or endorse companies from China after Brexit. Allowing them to just walk in and take market share would send the wrong signals to the public about what 'Leave' really meant. In the future expect limits on their marketing spend and barriers on them ever setting up proper logistics here...
The government will want to promote home grown business' who employ UK workers in their 'SUPER' factories delivering same day to UK customers.
Excellent RNS today. Inevitable it would drop after MW got us to £2.00. You can hear the chat in Mayfair can't you... "Guys, that's a large short increase now, but we need them under £2.00" "give it all you have in the morning to take them under as much as you can" "Ok I'm off to stuff my greedy capitalist face in Nobu" "Catch you later yaaa"
Boo and Asos join forces?! Someone's been smoking crack.
I’d be more than happy for them to push them together
Imagine what PLT could do on asos’s platform! Oh baby that would be something
Also you could save c.£150m a year in capex! Even more when margins recover
Spin Debenhams off for a nice return as well in 3-4 years time
Lovely!

From Results RNS: “ John Lyttle, Group CEO, commented:
"Looking back over the last 18 months the Group has delivered an excellent operational and robust financial performance, and that is a testament to all who have helped deliver this. We are delighted to have doubled our market share in key markets such as the UK and US, have significantly expanded our target addressable market through selective acquisitions and are excited about the global potential for all of our brands. In the first half of this financial year, our teams have yet again delivered: integrating four new brands, launching two new warehouses and strengthening our infrastructure in a manner that will allow our multi-brand platform to scale as planned. Entering the second half of the year, the Group is well-positioned to accelerate its growth and our confidence in the Group's medium term targets remain unchanged. We will continue to invest across our platform, people and technology as we look to further cement our position as a leader in global fashion ecommerce."
@Kallumama: "Otherwise both ASC and Boo don't have a future in the face of competition from likes of Shein online, Next multichannel platform and discount retailers like Primark, ALDI and LIDL"
Hmm, I don't see that backed up by facts. Both Boo and Asos have been growing their segment strongly. The issue is with the supply-chain, which *all* retailers have, except that Shein won't say that - they'll just take ages to ship you anything at the moment. I see the supply-chain issues as temporary and are a gift to the patient investor.
I wonder if T rowe have heard a whisper of the court case..... Wink wink and all that.
Follow the money
A £28 million top up, 1.1% of Boohoo’s shares!!
Loading up on the cheap!
Yep, nice RNS and with Very's results yesterday, the BOO glass is half full too.
OH LOOK THERE'S A BIG BUYER IN THE MARKET.....
SURPRISE SURPRISE THE CLOWNS WRONG AGAIN LOLLLL
So invsco selling 0.3pc was huge apparently.....
T ROWE adding 1pc must be monumental then....
