i just had a brain wave,
why dont you aquire the remaining half.
Mcovely
yeah,thats the risk/concern.
theyre remaining half.
Not if Southern Gold offload their remaining shares
0.75 could be the bottom..
let see.
You have to remember that Southern Gold management changed and with that change has come a new focus on Battery Metals and a need for investment funds…..hence the sale of BMV shares, at a time when Bluebirds Philippine gold mine is starting up with a new partner. The Mountain Permit is awaited later this year, having gained professional assistance from a local partner……it’s all looking good for those with patience……
Do they strike anyone as a quality outfit?!

Southern Gold selling approx 50% of its 21.7% holding c74m shares today at 0.70p, possibly another c76m to go, let hope its this week they are out, then the share price can rerate back to 3p and overhang will be gone.
Apologies, my previous post should have said “in his StockBox interview, re BMV in the Philippines..” etc. GLA.
Current SP may be bargain territory IF BMV are ever granted MTUP/TMUP but if they don’t get the permits, they’ve basically got nothing, at least for now, bearing in mind that (& apologies for the repetition of my earlier post but it’s important to note) in his StockBox interview of June 20th 2023, Aidan said “Fast tracking into production.. if by September 2024 we’ve got the permissions.. we could be in production within 18 months”. September 2024 + 18 months = March 2026, so over 2 1/2 yrs from date of this post. Colin & Charlie have been touting this one around for yrs now, including long before Covid, with no material gain so far & whilst the whole BMV story is a great one, my genuine concern is that a great story may be all it may turn out to be. As for historic lows meaning “the only way is up”, the same could’ve been said at 1.2p in Oct 2022 & yet today’s closing SP is 0.725p. Volatility at these levels is clearly an opportunity for traders but long or short ? Who knows
more about what’s going on in SK: me, you or Southern Gold ? And why are they selling out so quickly ? No pleasure in this post from me (see my previous BMV posts) I genuinely wish all the best to all those invested here. GLA.
Assume Southern Gold have flogged half of their 150 million holding.
Big sell off this morning, 65 million in total
Just done my last top up. Need to see some progress from the company tbf.
Yes, looks like it was the bottom. Already started to rise
3.5M sale from earlier maybe explains the big drop this morning...
I've just had a look at the SP charts over the past 5 years and todays buy price (0.769p) looks to be at historic lows. Only way is UP?
How things change, you can now buy sub 0.8p! Bargain territory if the SP drops to sub 0.7p imo.....
All looking good, 1p to buy, so perhaps a good buy - dyor
ANTS maybe will strike, now that will be interesting, .
Good Luck
Tool
Surprised this is still around
Maybe but struggling to understand why did that lift share price . Usually that would be reflected in the share transaction and not effect the share price ?
So the 360K shares trades were 180K rolled over at 1.2p?
That's a fair point cashking.
Is it normal that the trade would be executed 15% higher than Friday's close? Forgive my scepticism - I've learned not to trust without question
No …just a rollover …one cancels Two
Didn't see this coming. TR-1 RNS expected I would say. I'll be keeping an eye on late-reported trades also
Wonder who the confident buyer is
