Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
In an update last October they said that the permit for the HMS is anticipated in Q1 and the plant would start operating immediately. I just hope this timeline proves to be accurate and then the share price will surely recover significantly. But i have my doubts whether this timeline will be met. We will see in the next month.
Ive been trying to work exactly what the rules are that are due to come in on 7th July this year in Europe referred to in the recent G3 launch RNS and why SM hasnt seemed to benefit much from this if at all. From what i can gather it seems all new cars, vans, trucks, buses have to have some sort of driver drowsiness and detection in place by July. But i'm assuming the reason why SM hasnt gained much traction with this especially in trucks is that the system doesnt need to be camera-based so most OEMs will just go for a rudimentary coffee cup type hands off wheel detection and lane keeping sensors in order to comply. I do think that SM have been too slow to get G3 ready to capitalise on the rule change this year. But in 2026 the rules expand to have some sort of 'Advanced Driver Distraction warning' system which is where camera-based DMS systems come in so July 2026 is really the key rule change that should benefit SM massively and contracts for then have to be awarded very soon. It should be an open goal so surely PMG and the team cant miss the opportunity in front of them.
Think most are buys as one of those at 0.54 is my small top up. Now that AMS are fully onboard i'd like to think that news will finally start to flow.
Lets hope the final results are actually released in time this year and we dont end up with another share suspension. Get the feeling that news is being held back and we wont hear anything until AMS complete the share purchase from Align which is supposed to complete by end of year so clock is ticking on that.
Not sure why BMV havent RNS'd that news themselves yet. Catalyse is essentially the same people behind Align Research. Buying the overhang off Southern Gold has to be good news. They clearly believe there is value to be had down at these levels. Just need one of those TMUPs to be signed off and the share price should re-rate significantly.
Assume Southern Gold have flogged half of their 150 million holding.
Its a fair point that SEE have announced a multitude of collaborations over the years but with very few seeming to actually leading to significant contracts and revenue apart from Caterpillar and Magna. I first bought SEE around the time they announced an MOU with Samsung and that came to nowt. This year alone we have announced collaborations with:
- Omnivision,
- Ambarella & Autobrains
- indie Semi conductor
- Analog Devices
- Mobileye
- Collins
- Devant
Only Collins has had some value attached to it. Remains to be seen what if anything comes of the others. You'd like to think all will be revealed in due course and at least some of these will pay off. I do also wonder what is happening with Qualcomm as PMG did seem to play this tie up down from recollection during the investor presentation in March. At the time it was announced i thought it was a game changer for SEE but now i'm not so sure.
Some funny business going on here. Price is tanking. Either there's an effort to trigger stop losses to hoover up cheap shares for an institution or there's some news that currently not aware of. This trip to the US is proving to be a great success so far!
Aye I was probably mixing up PMG comments in relation to vehicle models not OEMs. Doesn’t look like they want to bother announcing when each new model hits the road. I guess in a year or so they’ll be too many to keep track of.
Still think it’d be good to actually mention the OEMs were in within the Rns for any investors not aware of See
In the rns see say ‘ Seeing Machines' growth momentum accelerated as additional Automotive programs successfully start production and there are more than 447,000 cars on the road, spanning 24 vehicle models across 5 individual OEMs, with the Company's driver monitoring system (DMS) technology installed.’
I don’t recall See releasing an rns on all these 5 different OEMs even though I thought PMG said he would once vehicles hit the road. Assume the 5 OEMs are GM, BMW, Merc, Ford and maybe Chrysler? Certainly don’t recall See officially announcing Ford. Anyone able to list all 24 models?
Been a holder of this stock for couple of years now. Communication is very poor but glancing through the recent prospectus it seems the mines are on care and maintenance until funding is secured. This says $2.5M is needed to bring Kochang into production. These funds were due to come from Auric which may still happen however now that the share issue to Southern Gold is resolved it says they can now explore alternative sources of funding. I suspect this what they are now doing. In the great scheme of things securing $2.5M is a drop in the ocean so surely things will start progressing soon. I still hold in hope and expectation!
So IF Colin's tweets prove to be correct and See DMS is included in Qualcomm Gen3 with TWENTY automakers taking this up from this year anyone want to hazard an educated guess on what value this puts on the company?
Question of how many billions I think. Massive if this is true. Someone must think it is based on the incessant buying in last few weeks.
Some very interesting updates being tweeted by Colin Barnden on Twitter 'Holy cr#p. 20’automakers adopting gen3 digital ****pit in 2021. Seeing Machines specifically mentioned by Nakul Duggal. Will have to look into that more!'
Decent set of results in my view. I was expecting around 100 coins so only 4 off. Margins are higher and a good increase in hodl. The profitability on the equihash machines mining Zcash will have been well down in Dec due to the Zcash halving in November and generally a lower Zcash price. Plus difficulty mining BTC increased slightly. Overall this explains reduced coins mined. Also price of BTC only started to rocket towards end of the month. Great to see that the new machines are on track to be online BY february suggesting they may start contributing by end of this month!
As others have said on this forum KR1 really need to be making it easier for people to invest in the company. Ideally a listing in the US who understand crypto. I also hold Argo Blockchain and even a listing on the OTC pink sheets has transformed the share price in a matter of days.
