Bring that explains why my question didn't get read out by Leon, lol
3card, that webcast is well over a year old and just highlights how long they have been talking about Kabwe coming online. Last I heard, they won't be recommencing construction until Q1 2021 and even then it might be mid-2021 before it all comes online (probably only the Zinc circuit to start with).
I can't stand to watch the start of that webcast - Leon and Colin are smirking at each other, probably thinking how good a job they did in stripping BMR's assets and screwing shareholders in the process. The whole thing should be investigated by the regulators - how do multiple Directors take on a company and continue to basically defraud investors of their money?
I know that’s what should happen but I think Alikhani, Borrelli and now Bird have more than proven that shareholders are powerless hence why when we suggest something as reasonable as shares exchanged for the royalty it’s brushed off and ignored. Instead it’s easily substituted for some yet to be defined new project that no current shareholder invested for that may or may not succeed.
How JLP really seem to value and be excited about the prospects they’ve got a Kabwe whilst simultaneously Bird says the royalty isn’t worth anything of significance is just baffling to the point that it’s evident under no circumstance will actions be taken in future that will be for benefit of the current shareholders.
The point is though that as a director of bmr he is supposed to act in our interest, just as Borrelli was. But we all now how that ended
There is no reason for them to offer BMR shareholders anything. In reality BMR were stripped of all of their remaining value and JLP and GLR benefitted. Colin Bird is a crafty fat 8a5tard.

Not sure how recent but goes into some detail on Kabwe including in the Q&A. Directors very bullish about things moving at Kabwe in next quarter.
Disappointing to hear Colin say they are not interested in buying out BMR but reluctantly said they may look at some sort of deal on the royalty. With a big boot in both camps, you don't exactly get the impression her has our interests at heart
On the JLP front - it's about time they got Kabwe up and running so we can benefit from the Royalty. Don't forget, we get an initial 5% from earnings via the Royalty, which then moves to 11% once JLP claws back their costs. I've not forgotten about that 5%...
Zinc/Lead are approaching 52 week highs and Vanadium is showing signs of recovery. Next year will see these metals flying even higher. We won't benefit from this until JLP actually produces and sells the products. How many years and counting?
Speaking of GLR - it looks like CB has sold all our shares circa 0.8p and now look at the SP! Never any luck when it comes to being a BMR shareholder, we just get treated like mugs with Directors etc. taking all the cream and leaving investors with scraps or nothing.
CB had better pull something out of the bag because my fingers are getting itchy for some legal action...
Reckon Colin's got too much on his plate with GLR at the moment to worry about us poor sod.s
this is a great Opportunity for CB / JLP to strike a deal for BMR sharholders , Royality - share exhange , something that LTH
can eventually agree to and move on . JLP are now doing well , so whats stopping CB coming up with tangiable solution .
I wasn’t very well back in Jan/Feb. I had most of the Covid symptoms, so it's possible I’ve had it too…
I wonder if we’ll hear anything on the BMR front before Xmas? Might be worth setting up another meeting in a few weeks to see how things are progressing.
I still think it would be in JLP’s best interest to buy the Royalty from BMR with an all share offer. Given that JLP are now trading circa 8.5p, they could just issue 1 share for every 2 BMR shares, effectively giving BMR shareholders 4p per share, and the option to hold them longer term for bigger gains. It would be much easier than us having to wait for CB to setup a completely new company and trying to protect the Royalty for us, which could be tricky. I like simple ideas because they are more likely to work. I think it would be a simple solution to a complicated problem.
This Tweet sums up the BMR story pretty well.

Morning all,i believe i had the virus last November as said i also had the symptoms even an uncontrollable cough with passing out, but luckily only for about a minute .
Aim. Covid was with us in Autumn last year. Daughter and son in law were both laid up with all the right symptoms before Christmas.
So many lies have been and continue to be told around covid.
We are all going to hell in a hand cart thanks to politicians and boffins and the least of our worries will be catching covid itself.
I hope I find you all well and this Covid malarkey has not destroyed anyone.
Hope to be out of this purgatory before this time next year.
Whilst I am not hopeful, it would be good if we could at least get a percentage back.
Agree Bryn, a real waste of time, hope and (in my case) £20k!
All the best for a safe family Christmas and a more prosperous 2021 out side of BMR
I cheated of course and used https://morsecode.world/international/translator.html

Stay safe all - what a bleeding year - took my mind off BMR a little though - silver linings and all. ;@)
Hi Val. Good to see you posting. I rarely post on here now, but if we get relisted then at least we have life again and the chance to sell or see how it goes. Obviously now we've just appointed another old fooker to feed, the geyser must have something fair to offer. He surely can't be worse than Bozzer or that other departing ghost.
Anyway, good luck to us. Keep on the up, stay safe and well.
xx.
I have accepted that my money has gone but that doesn’t mean I don’t want it back!
I think in a shower like this that the past is a very good indicator of the future. There’s always an excuse here or a “it’ll be good this time because...” but it doesn’t unfold. When we were rid of the old crooked Alikhani, the new blood was going to steer the ship right. Borelli proceeded to take a wage and where exactly did he get us but further out of pocket as he took his money? No tangible benefit to us as holders, unless you could enlighten me?
But this time we’re going to be ok yea? This time it’ll be different?
Yes, I am very bitter about this share as I feel we, all shareholders, have been mugged and those responsible haven’t reaped what they have sown and deserve. Please don’t mistake this for me not wanting this to come right, just for once, as I sincerely do for all of us here. But I’m really struggling to see how that light at the end of the tunnel is any more than another new team at the helm lighting 50 pound notes to warm themselves
I for one would welcome the opportunity to sell a listed entity at a massive loss, so I see this appointment as progress after what we've gone through
