The green agenda being deprioritised by governments. Another kick in the teeth for this outfit. Time to switch off the lights ?
‘Which is worse?‘
Well seeing as the dilution was already known about OT selling out would quite obviously be worse.
I don't know anymore
Up again today, everything helps!
Orange Trust have not sold it is due to dilution that they've crossed below the 5% threshold
"unusual" spelling of Guernsey in the RNS!
Thanks did not see this
It is due to dilution. It specifically lists n the RNS "An event changing the breakdown of voting rights"
Haven't got time to calculate but could be a result of the dilution
They bought in 2021, and now sold a chunk, that's a nice loss
Hat-trick!
Useful link from HarChris demonstrating that operational issues (and debt) are not unique to BMN. Indeed most of the mining sector seems to be in the doldrums at the moment.
It's impossible to imagine V holding at such lows for long, there's just no way any producers outside of China will be able to continuing operating. Just look at this Q1 update from Largo, the largest primary producer in the world: https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20230510005606/en/Largo-Reports-First-Quarter-2023-Financial-Results-and-Provides-Update-to-2023-Operational-and-Sales-Outlook
They sold more than they produced at an average sales price of $10.39/lb V205 and *still* made a slight loss. The price right now? $6.40/lb, a 39% drop. At these prices and operating at full capacity they will be making ~$25m loss per quarter... unsustainable.
It's a historic support/resistance line. It doesn't mean it doesn't break.

It's an area where the price finds support or resistance as the name implies, they do break.
@eatstocks … “30$ has been a strong support and resistance for V price. It does not guarantee a jump or that it won't drop under”. Err … not recently it hasn’t, it's been some way under that benchmark, but this rise does at least gives some hope its the start of an upturn.
You’re £90k down on this one share. Don’t give up your day jobs. Lol
Aimwolf. Good job you sold out then as posted last week.
30$ has been a strong support and resistance for V price. It does not guarantee a jump or that it won't drop under. Supply and demand will decide
Pretty sure PDUB you had an argument with me in the past stating there was always a time the price stayed still before jumping back up....
“Don’t confuse the current V price with the long term trend. The v price can be quite volatile and is capable of bouncing back quickly and sharply. “ It is also capable of falling back down quickly after a rise. Balance !
Dont confuse the need for cashflow with future V prices.
As thick as mince and twice as smarmy...
Samval you may remember that yesterday I wrote the following at 07.16 in response to one of your posts:
“Don’t confuse the current V price with the long term trend. The v price can be quite volatile and is capable of bouncing back quickly and sharply. “
I am sure that some here will forgive me a smile when I read Larky’s post! Of course one day of rises is not a trend but ….
