Why?
Simple.
- This company is making a huge profit every week - over £1 million (2018 accounts due in March)
- They have resolved the Vametco mine throughput issues and control by ramification in structural management and maintenance
- They have an initial production target in 2019 of 3200 to 3400 mtV
- Vanadium pricing is holding well in Q1 and is likely to rise after the Chinese New Year
- BMN have two key products being shipped (60% to the US where FeV prices are strongest) Nitovan 12 and Nitrovan 16 (both superior products to standard 80% FeV as they only need 600 grams per tonne rather than 1000 grams per tonne)
- Bushveld Energy is running final settlement tests days with there VRFB at Eskom. Ready to start the full 90-day evaluation of the 120kW/450kwh VRFB at Eskom. It is working well as witnessed by investors last week.
- Bushveld Energy are bullish that the successful completion will bring significant contracts to Bushveld Energy
- Bushveld Energy is proceeding with the pilot plant for Electrolyte at Vametco
- New Electrolyte plant estimated with $10 million is funded already in partnership with the IDC and this will have the facility for electrolyte and VRFB manufacturing on its site in East London SA ready for the end of Q1 2020
- The switch to Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries has won much praise from the SA Government who are promoting the needs for mining and other industries to switch to renewables and energy storage
- When you have the President of your country pointing the finger at your technology what larger endorsement do you need!
- The company have a full expansion capacity vision to grow to over 10,000 mtV over the medium term
- Bushveld Minerals will be listing the company on the JSE - WITHOUT resulting in any dilution of the company and the need for any more shares on to the market which is very good for current and new shareholders.
- New projects will be debt financed if required through leverage of high cash generation from existing assets.
- The icing on the cake will be the confirmation of shareholder dividends from the strong profit generation!
- The whole management team and workforce are highly motivated to succeed and grow this business!
The company is in the strongest position with a growing market and will be in the strongest position to be a major player in the huge energy storage market worth $50 Billion by 2027 and which will need around 80,000 mtV just for the VRFB market by 2027 based on extensive market research.
This is one compelling investment! It is a VERY STRONG BUY!
Those selling will have tears in the eyes when they see what this company will have achieved in the months and years ahead. Many may not see the light and be a little impatient. But if you are patient you will be well rewarded!
Cheers RK
RK ' listing the company on the JSE - WITHOUT resulting in any dilution of the company' this may not be the case check the link faramog posted a few minutes ago
I am going on wording mention in a previous interview with Fortune. He was expecting the listing with no dilution of the company.
This means a transfer of a number of shares from AIM to JSE. This will allow South African investors to buy in, in their local market, without tax or international limitations. This is based on his words, not mine!
The link Faramog posted is a snippet of a detailed report.
Any investor only needs to look at the recent interviews or one of the new presentations to see everything is in place.
Try this presentation to wet ones appetite:

Or this corporate one:
http://www.bushveldminerals.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Cape-Town-corporate-presentation.pdf - presented both yesterday and by Fortune at Inbada Mining Conference
If you are still thinking what is this about try this one:

I think you will find the most compelling reasons to invest, as most on here have. Patience will be richly rewarded.
Selling and walking away could make you seriously regret your actions. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Cheers, RK
the article is dated 9th Feb and states:
"If to do that it means that we participate in the secondary market or we do a placing is a decision we will make in due course," chief executive Fortune Mojapelo told Reuters on the sidelines of an African mining conference.'
typo its dated 6th Feb
I for one ain't selling single share and haven't since bought in at average 3p in my opinion anyone unless desperate for fund's must be crazy, just need to take in the FUNDAMENTALS and the money being generated by BMN even without hitting past targets but I feel they'll soon be hitting new targets
Agreed kevgrimmley....many of us have been in similar situations many times before. It's always uncomfortable and frustrating but we have come through it every time. I have no doubt many larger holders will have managed to keep a bit of a war chest and in doing so have hopefully grabbed a bargain...my war chest is all in at the moment, so it's back to my favoured option ....PATIENCE.
To add the RK's excellent summary there's also the articles published on TBP in the last week:-

To be honest I'm surprised that the last article has not had more than 1,000 reads yet - did I miss a memo that said that climate change had been solved ?
Alpha,
Trump said that t was to be suspended to help melt the ice in the US North West so, yeah I suppose he has solved it!
Alfa, Apologies if this has already been asked and answered but what are the plants running times?
