Have you paid the troll toll?
I thought that was a like bit of positive news. Big kisses
Bearing in mind we’re so short of any good news.
You are a complete ***************************
with vanadium prices on the rise, imminent Q4 data .. reams of good news.... you keep them shorts open boys !!
We will not laugh at all
Well for a sense of balance I bought twice as many shares this week as are listed in that current short list. I am not the only one. It should be noted that multiple holders on this board who post regularly hold in excess of 3 to 5 million shares and these holders continue to add due to the exceptional opportunity on offer to investors who really are seeing what this company is about!
Cheers RK
Are you seriously suggesting a minimum of 3 million shares at say near 12 month low at 20p thus £600,000?
Or at 3-5p for long termers?
I don’t know a swear word that long?
Holding 40% of the company, surely not. Some of you guys must be millionaires. I’m a minnow versus you guys. But when I sell my 44,000 shares I’ll post before they appear as a trade. Shorter nonsense
Unfortunately for you A1 you are incorrect, many of us are millionaires, as anyone who has been around for more than a few weeks already knows.
The relatively small group of 20 that I am aware of controls 15% of the shares. Given RichKen's measurement of 200+ regular readers of this board it is not unreasonable to ascribe another 25% to them - that is fair would you not agree ?
I’m incorrect that many of you are millionaires or are not as I’m not clear on that reply?
I’m guessing most of you bought in at sub 5p prices then looking back at dates joined. Not RK though, just 2018. I do think many would have purchased after reading this bb but 40% seems huge.
Not many free shares to buy :)
Off to bowls now
A1, not clear on your reply............... Did you mean "off to talk more balls now"?
And if many bought at sub 5p didn’t any of you take some profits at 40p? Just curious.
Many of you are millionaires?
Well, there are over 35 holders on this board with more than 3 million shares! And there are over 20 with more than 5 million shares and a good percentage have over 10 million shares.
So back to the original point the 0.7% short is about as significant as a ripple in a surfing competition.
This company has a very strong investor base and the underline of that fact is the large holders are still building their holdings because this business has so much long term opportunity to grow and bring in exceptional revenue from multiple aspects of the business.
Cheers, RK
@AW1 we used to maintain a tracker of holders in the days when we felt FM needed to know he had some defence against attack. At one point a little over 50% of the company could pretty well be confirmed as owned by around 300 holders. Added to that the friendly big blocks FM had links with, there was no realistic possibility of a speculative buy out.
We have stopped bothering last year but if I total those holders in 2019 who confirmed stakes in that year alone it totals 105M. Adding in those not last year but I know have very large holdings (and added to ), we get to somewhere between 180-200M. Add in the big blocks and not hard to add another 200-250M.
So with some confidence it is perfectly possible to deduce that at least 40% of the company (and probably a lot more) is owned by around 150 holders or institutions.
So frankly, 300k of shorters is the ripple of a mosquito right now. There is always the chance of a speculative push, but as several have replied over the months on this, the price to extract the shares would be well over 100p.
FM knows this ... that is why he can just ignore the SP and get on with the day job.
Did you do your homework on TBP ?
What did this mean?
Did you do your homework on TBP ?
I saw the original ipo at 22p in 2012 but hadn’t realised this cash raiser in March 2018 at 10.3p
Bushveld (AIM: BMN), the integrated vanadium producer with additional investments in coal, power and tin, is pleased to announce that it has conditionally raised approximately US$22.2 million (£15.7 million) (before expenses) by way of an oversubscribed placing of 152,749,172 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each (the “Placing Shares”) at a price of 10.3 pence per share with leading institutional and mining investors (the "Placing"). The price was calculated as the 5 day volume weighted average price (as published by Bloomberg) at close of trading Monday 19 March 2018. The Placing Shares will represent approximately 14.4% of the Company's issued share capital on Admission (as defined below).
A1 Why do you put strong buy if you are looking to sell as soon as you can?
You are a farce dressed up as a joke
