diasagrree, a bunch of cowboys running this show. Only made better by the fact the previous lot had shareholders trousers down.
However BowLeven is on a different league imo.
Good league and not AIM baddys
I agree lots of AIM companies are there to help finance the directors and ceo lifestyle.
Mr Profit , I have not come back to AIM, my dog kennels are quaranteened mainly with lobster potted shares which are sitting there almost dead, they show no signs of life other than the occassional drop to maintain a directors lifestyle with yet another placing. I will not sell those that are lobster potted in the vain hope that they may spring back to life. We can agree on the excellence of BLVN, its not in my kennels so your ramping is most welcome as far as I am concerned but I bought it at the end of my aim dalliance at least a year or two ago. In the meantime I was tempted to buy a few more AIM shares which true to form then flatlined and now have zero volatility, wo is me. On the other hand boring shit companies on the FTSE100 like SSE IAG Glen SHP (r.i.p.) provide some great action, way better than anything on AIM. If you had taken out a long CFD on one of the most boring useless companies like SSE in December at around £10.60 and closed on 16th January you would be sitting on a percentage gain beating anything available on AIM, of course its all about punting which is not to everyones taste as according to IG about 80% of their customers lose their shirts punting with them.
Re Luddite
You said yesterday you are on Ftse and made horrendous comments about AIM.
So what made you come back to AIM.
Is it because of BowLeven excellence?
15p dividend.
Love to hear your thoughts on this exceptional rare opportunity on AIM.
Theres a £95k trade Mr Profit but that does not mean its not 'punt' money, all my trades are punts, on the occassion when I find myself lobster potted long term into a dog I consider that to be a failed punt.
These are not punt money. Have a look at the trades.

I've read the website and I've been invested in BLVN for around 8 years. I noticed you skipped my questions. No bother, I'll ask you again (especially now that you've read the BLVN website):
*What is Bomono and does the company believe it's worth anything?
*Who are Newage and why are they important for Etinde?
*what % of Etinde does Blvn still own and why might this be an issue when it comes to monetising Etinde?
I didn't say i follow their advice. I said my opinion and theirs just happens to match.
I'm confident so are the Share Prophet guys.
My advice is to do research. Read the Bowleven website.
Tons of information.
Some people are even confused why sp was down yesterday.
If they knew how dividend works they would be not bothered.
Anyway gLA
you just keep repeating yourself, if you say it enough i becomes true :) or in my case just boring
A large pinch of salt needed, be very careful following their advice!
That's my opinion and is shared by the Share Prophet guys. Some think I'm talking rubbish.
Whoever thinks let just chill out and say which AIM company issues 49% dividend?
Why suddenly they made this decision to pay around £50m in dividend?
One of the reason that i am convinced, they must have some sorts of deal done or in the progress.
No company sells business with cash. Hence CEO decided to pay to the shareholders.
50p + for the company. Imo
Re jetclamit
I am here for the value this company has, especially the sp is low and sources of mine said sp will rise.
One of the source is Share Prophet guys.
Each to their own
Yes 45p a share is a very small / cheap price to pay for blvn when you think of what they have in hand. Just how much would a big oil company have to spend in first obtaining a field and then spend drilling it to come out with what they have already confirmed in the ground etc.
What £300m - £400m , some come on I can see a big deal being done here very soon.
Again, people find it difficult to understand ex dividend.
Ex means - without, no more,
So when we say ex dividend date it means on that date no more or without dividend.
Meaning whoever buys on the ex dividend date will be without dividend.
As for the wife analogy i could have said ex prime minister, ex footballer.
Im sorry if you understand wrong of my post.
Yes but the major point here is that most ex-wives come back and bite you in the ar*** for more cash, where as with blvn we hope to get more cash back from them. But like all splits ,it's all in the small print !!!!!!!
This will be approach by Lukoil and they will buy it. That's my opinion. If you guys disagree well that's fine. But i have a good reason for this.
Anyway we just need to wait for the official confirmation.
The sp drop was mandatory because the company issued a special dividend of 15p per share.
Ex dividend was 17 Jan
Today is 18 Jan is the record date
8th February payday.
In cash you don't understand what is ex dividend I'll explain like a teacher.
Ex dividend means without dividend. (ex wife - without wife).
So from 17 January ex dividend means no dividend to be paid from this day who ever buys this share.
That's why ex dividend date is important.
Gents - you are spot on about this poster he is so transparent he is almost translucent! Waiting game now so best to focus on other things until the alarm goes off when the share price starts to take off again.
Please confirm why the sudden drop? Why would announcing x sick date drop the share price ?
inrhubarb, when typing bullshit its easier just to type it in and let the lse automatic censorship take care of the dots, I typed in that I was pissed off the other week and was very pleased to find it was not blanked out when I posted.
This profit profit fella is a dangerous ramper! The only exploration asset that BLVN owns and has proved into value is Etinde - the suggestion that BLVN has $199m of exploration assets AND Etinde is nonsense.
Profit profit - show us what knowledge of BLVN you actually have:
*What is Bomono and does the company believe it's worth anything?
*Who are Newage and why are they important for Etinde?
*what % of Etinde does Blvn still own and why might this be an issue when it comes to monetising Etinde?
ex divi so if you have any shares you will be paid 15 p per share on the 8th of feb.
Sorry chaps but not been following thisbshare but can someone explain why there was a sudden drop of share price this week. ? Thanks
BowLeven has $199 +million worth of exploration assets and $13 million in cash which will be strengthened by the $19 million payment from their joint venture partners.
And etinde
