Well
''when the stock has only ever hit £5.50?''
I think you need to look at decimal points more closely.
BKG all time high is getting on for £60 per share
A return of surplus cash along with a normal return will mean a payout to shareholders of £3.71p per share. I believe this will be payable on about the 17th.
Hi longtimeinvestor,
after taking the consolidation into account what is the net dividend that you receive?
Thanks
I am relatively a newbie to stock markets. My fan warned me before that I was not good at trading shares. It has been a nightmare since last year. Sharks, lions and bots are around.
I think I need to leave at least a while and do something I am good at. I have better things to do.
I only started to know this share recently and did try to find more information regarding this share from other sources. I enjoyed watching the videos of all the great presentations. Shocking, learning, and pleasant surprised, for a long time sleep becomes a problem again and really need more time to do more rethinking, memory recovering and searching footprints. Wish I knew this share earlier, did not make some mismatched comments and some silly investment mistakes.
There must be something in common to entice what has happened. Let's unfold, discover and intervene.
What do you think about the update and how it will affect the sp on the day and beyond?
Stupid question but how do you have an average price of £7 when the stock has only ever hit £5.50?
of £3.71 per share next month along with a consolidation will reduce my average price which is currently at just over £7 further to about half again.
Hope investors are happy with the return of capital.
The housing market is marching up. Following Brexit in 2021, the European citizens will not allow to stay in the UK without permission as usual, so the underpinned demand of housing will have an impact to slow down the pace of the fast rising house price. I do not think that the national house price is at its peak.
Personally, I am looking for one or two property gurus to corporate into my business. I am out of the stage of looking for barbies, beauties and babies who may love your money more than love you.
Could be interesting, I’m not expecting much though
What do people think about the yearly results due tomorrow?
Correction we'd 23rd June...
Big Q could it move the sp? Seriously...
Every time I walked passing by Saffron Square, I always saw Mr Potter displaying a couple of begging bowls. I already lost count how many begging bowls had been put out by Mr Potter. By the way, I have donated to those begging bowls for over £10,000 serious money so far. You live and learn.
It's up considerably whereas the rest of the sector are all down!
Foreign smugglers
Indians, those native construction workers will certainly put weed holes in your walls. You all had dig bigger holes to bury yourself. Lol sss
Had a quite punt yesterday in KIE. It is always dangerous to be slow in bots' shares. Spiders had invaded in the construction industry, but let's see how they are going to play out.
House price is repeating the same marching as year 2001. Last chance to get on the high-speed property train is emerging. Buy more shares or buy more houses?
Over years I witnessed bosses worked for their employee in the construction industry. They had to find works and could not make profits. They thought they were clever but actually were study.
I have a hen in the garden, to keep it quiet I try not to put any ****s in. In that way, the hen keeps laying eggs but has no chicks, and at the same time keeps the neighbours happy.
There were quite a lot of unknown plants in my garden which took me quite a while to truly recognize them. Maybe this is part of the bonus to buy an old house rather than a brand-new glory flat. I notice that new-build houses from BKG and BDEV have barely plants but only turf just to make the much smaller gardens looking bigger.
"The HB expects the value of reservations for the current financial year to be around 20 % lower than the previous year"
Im from the north too, the people are more friendly,, love everything about it BUT most places I've lived up north the weather has been terrible. Most people who live up north go abroad on holiday so wont notice the difference in the weather down south, but its really noticable!
Cynic. Your brother will also benefit from decent beer and proper rugby as well. Don’t tell anyone, or we’ll get over run ??
