yes...but you have the situation whereby film companies, TV companies, etc may now cancel filming schedules ...as a result of not wanting to put the crew at risk (part of health and safety) ...you have sports events cancelled...... all of which means there is a real potential for a far reduced level of raw film material to actually need an editing team to edit
You cannot do the initial filming remotely
However...are the contracts BIRD have ....they are per user/per year ?....so if the user uses the BIRD system less the contract payment is still the same......so am I right in saying that the current contractual revenue is "locked in" ??
If people actually calmed down and thought about it, they should be snapping up the BIRD at these levels. Its all going to be about working remotely now with the Coronavirus pandemic, and Blackbird has the technology for media companies etc. Things are already changing in China. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/world-asia-china-51636621?__twitter_impression=true
Yep, markets tumbeling across the glob and deep red all over....sooner or later bargain hunters will start to pick up selective quality shares which I fully expects us to be one of them....untill then I guess we need to suffer with most around, and if you lucky and brave enough you could consider taking advantage of the current weakness here....will do my best to do just that here....GLA whatever.
I would imagine plenty of holders who bought at much cheaper prices are having to take their profits out and use against losses elsewhere.....difficult times , a lot of panic around
When the market turns round it will have a strong initial boost IMO...as folks scramble to get back in
Already topped up myself just above placing price. ..it may drop below which could give even better opportunity (if you can afford to buy more. ..) But it may not. ..if you could only have this cristal ball vision. .
I am going to top up if we get below placing price of 14p ...currently 14.4p to buy
With Blackbird you don’t need to send large teams as everything can be edited remotely so could be a great selling point with the Coronavirus risks.
News media obviously tends not to be so effected , so maybe they need to push in that direction, right now ?
I dont think anyone anywhere is having a particularly easy time getting new contracts signed.....the virus has put everyone on a "wait and see" mode ...
Whilst the cloud has its great advantages, travel distruption and event cancellations could cause problems with regards to programme makers and event holders......who then have nothing to upload to social media etc
They have been saying that they are in discussions for well over a year. It's wearing thin now. On the bright side if they do announce a win or wins in April the share price should improve quite a bit. If not...
Just topped up. Not far off 14p issue price so couldn’t resist. The CEO said they are in advanced discussions so news could drop anytime. Could easily shoot back up to 18p + IMHO.
