Sorry. NOT out yet. DenJay
Hi Duxi. I hope you are keeping well. As an even older oldtimer it sickens me to admit to blowing my grandkids inheritance (£78k) on this company. I think it'sall down to the era we were brought up in when you trusted people with what they said was the truth. This BOD always painted a rosy future and I was quite happy to keep averaging down even as recently as RK's Win Win with the rail sublease. From 18.4p down to 1.9p. If there's anything left for us it will only be due to the fantastic team that are fighting our corner, for which I am very grateful. I am not a vindictive person but I hope the people responsible for the demise of OUR company will feel some of the hurt they have given out with their false promises. All the best mate. We may be down but we're out yet. DenJay.
Hi Duxi - There won't be anything to say until we have had contact with the Administrators, hopefully that will be soon, but rest assured the Action Group are doing all they can to put together a plan of how we will proceed and it will be published asap. Thank you very much for your offer of finance, it may well be needed. Don't feel isolated, if ever you want to say anything, please feel free to make contact with the Action Group either through the website or the BHRshareholders@outlook.com email address.
Andy & co is there any updates I am not much good on a computer so feel isolated, any help with the fight financially I'm in Duxi
If the action group win the class action do all shareholders benefit or just those whose names were attached to the class action. Do i have to make a financial contribution to be a part of the class action. Sorry if my question is naive, as rummy once said there are 'unknown unknowns'and my knowledge of procedures limited.
Who knows, I'm sure it will come out in the wash, it always does. Yes you lose, no you lose, I guess Mr Larks votes would tell you which one it was.
Maybe they even wanted a no vote....cant trust anyone these days
Maybe all the things bought that they didn't need was because they were set in place for someone else ...get rid of the company and someone has got some nice cheap assets ready to go....get rid of shareholders and new start for someone
Thanks red .its no wonder we have run out of funds.its totally unbelievable.
Who was the JV partner? Jindal was the JV parter at the Carbonac site RNS 9384Y 31St Jan 2014 MML approached JPSL Mozambique Minerais Limitada (JPSL) to jointly develop the Carbonoc Coal Loading Site (CCLS)in the province of Moatize. RNS 4476T 20Th Nov 2013 "The first test train has now arrived into the newly built Tete siding to undertake a test loading of coal. The locomotives carried 42 rail wagons and loaded 2,600 tonnes of coal under test conditions. This trial exercise was carried out in conjunction with our JV Partner JPSL. http://www.jindalafrica.com/contacts Why spend money on something we don't use? Put that into perspective, mines, trains, wash plant, sidings, stockpile areas, coal exports, we don't use either. Some habits are hard to break I guess.
Moatize coal loading site commissioned with JV Partner.Again who is the partner and why do we need to spend on this when were not exporting.
Big thank you peter and everyone else working behind the scenes.
What can do?
I had all but given up any hope of seeing hard earned cash, but thanks to these guys running the action group we are still in with a chance of something. DONT GIVE UP! DONT EVER GIVE UP. We are right behind you. The BoD and others need to know we are not rolling over like some little dog!
Typically the BOD will have a run off policy protecting them from hits - to me that's a potential source of cash - Andy we want a copy of that policy from the Administrators. - UP
Class Actions Browse > Home > Class Actions class action group people We have achieved some outstanding successes in Class Actions involving claims on behalf of Investors, Pension Holders and Shareholders. We have acted for and succeeded on behalf of the underdog taking on City Institutions represented by big city lawyers. We have helped to pioneer advance Costs sharing Orders and our firm is reported in a leading case in this area. We have acted for a very large group of Investors in Split Capital Investment Trusts and on behalf of shareholders in a company which went into receivership. We have previously acted on behalf of large groups of shareholders in other collapsed companies and obtained successful settlements on their behalf. In appropriate cases we are now in a position to obtain funding for Class Actions on a no win no fee basis. The UK is regarded as the most ‘fertile’ ground in Europe for class actions, according to the results of a new survey of company executives and corporate counsel. Fifty-nine percent of respondents to the poll, carried out by the Economist Intelligence Unit, said they expected to see collective litigation take root in the UK over the next three years. We anticipate being in the forefront. Let's have these BHR BOD members in court soon!!
Do remember that the site already may have people registered that do not share your point of view, this could be from any company related to BHR to BHR its self, posting it on the site will be visible. Keep it in mind if you post something that has some worth.
Thanks Peter.
Yes, and if they have, it will hopefully be uncovered.
Ok mate. Best wishes. Keep us in the loop.
Gents/Ladies i have updated BHR Action Group with some of the actions taking place behind the scene. Redbike and I are the current admin pple. But anyone with a little more time is welcome to take over from me and perhaps improve the site and coordinate the work. http://bhr-investors.com/ - see section under "2015 ACTION PLAN". Feel free to add your comments on the site.
That was my thoughts too, they had to be doing all this for both there own and someone else's benefit.
You're on the money, that's all I'll say.. night night fella.. andy. ;+)
When is the meeting arranged for Andy with the administrators. Who is representing the shareholders ( apart from yourself ). Have we any legal people involved (may be an idea to gauge the situation). Any how I wish you well.
