I have not posted for a long time as just thought this would surely come good in the end but now have returned and lost the lot. I have lost my inheritance money too. All 30k of it. I have been here since the really early days with Iiihavesomebhr and it really is sad to see it all end this way. It seems there are some really good people trying to fight the fight from what i have read over the last few pages. I am afraid that i have no expertise on this class action or no further funds to offer I'm afraid. Is there anything that people like me can do to help out with no money or legal knowledge to offer? I am absolutely gutted regarding this as an not a rich individual and having that kind of money was a dream for me and now i have lost it for my family. Not got much to say except i feel sorry for us all! Thanks to all those that are not taking this lying down and if i can then please let me know. All the best folks.
I wonder who's name is on that sublease....already hauling coal since October? Come to think of it where is that money from October, November, December, January? However, Thelo's biggest coup to date was June's $US 68m leasing deal for 16 new GE locomotives for Vale's Moatize coal operation - the vanguard of what GE says will be a huge fleet of its locomotives that will be hauling coal in Mozambique by the end of 2015.
Now now......read on a bit further. http://www.railjournal.com/index.php/africa/a-bridge-too-far-african-suppliers-facing-unique-challenges.html Yet rail, along with electrification, holds the key to Africa's economic development, says Mr Tim Schweikert, president and chief executive of GE South Africa. "If you had two bullets in your gun, one of them would be rail infrastructure and the other would be electrification," I
Yes i to agree with password protecting access to any action the group are taking!
I will support the class action also. I would assume that as soon as we know it is a runner we can then get names registered? I also think it was a good idea from mike190 to have our site password protected so only members can see what is posted
To become a member or show willing to be part of the class action group if we can get the go ahead should we contact the action group at the email posted below on a previous post?
I do presume that if you get something out of this then all shareholders will benefit as I don't have funds to support the fight . By the way it looks like your doing a great job at the moment..... How can they cherry pick what they put into administration and what they want to keep....shareholders must own all of it....They can't get away with this but I'm betting they have got good advisors on this but then again I've never seen shareholders fight back like this before as aim management in the past have got away with whatever they wanted to legal or not
I have changed the contact details on Action Group to BHRshareholders@outlook.com. Hope its ok with you. Fill forward other details too.
Of course you can. ;+)
Can i message you on action group site re class action. I want my name included as have a lot invested in this share.
Thanks Andy. I look forward to hearing more once you have ascertained whether or not your legal advisor thinks that it is a viable action with a good chance of success.
It will depend upon how many people sign up and the number of shares you hold, but essentially costs are shared.
I am more than willing to help fund class action should it be feasible
Andy. Does the cost of a class action increase with the number of people taking the action (fixed fee per head) or is it a fixed overall fee which would then result in a lower cost per head if many people sign up to the action?
Between myself and my father, we are 9.5k down with this. We aren't rich people and are upset to see this once very promising company where it is today. Thanks to one and all for everything you've done to fight back for us........Much appreciated.
gonch. Yes people have to sign up to a class action. A class action is taken out against named individuals against which you are seeking damages. (Pot 1 of money). Additionally there are the assets of the company to go after by other means, I won't expand at the moment, (Pot 2 of money). mike. What you say is very valid, hence we are keeping everything pretty tight until we are able to fully comprehend the contents of meetings with the administrators.
Now in administration, shareholders not expected to receive any proceeds following administration process. Letter received today.
It has been said many times that the BOD is always one step ahead and we need to act swiftly. Both valid points. Our problem is that our discussions are very public and visible to the BOD, who I am sure watch this page and are perhaps registered on the BHR Investors site. Anyone with an e mail address can register there. Where could we discuss in private? Should our website be password protected?
Could you answer my previous posting.
thanks mike190
There is an entry on the BHR Investors site saying that details of costs for the class action will be posted there when known. At the moment legal advise is being sought to ascertain whether it is worth pursuing.
Good question and i am sure all PI,s including myself would like a clear understanding of how to get involved in the class action
I am in the same position as you DenJay. Same loss and same average. We must have been averaging down together. Anything that we can salvage will be a bonus.
Sorry to hear that, i am down £8k too. Hope we get news from the action group soon on away we can keep the pace up as the BOD moved fast and feel we are left behind holding the can.
