Speaking as you are, Ibjj, of court rooms, I understand you've been very keen for the Company to embark on legal proceedings against the Government for mishandling this application? So you must believe BEM's Application is well grounded in law...so how do you come up with 'blind faith...no lawyer would enter a court room relying on that". The problem as I see is it is that the laws pertaining to this matter are obscure...and we don't know how much depends on OUVs, whatever they are.
Have to agree with you lbjj, but Im not a lawyer, and we also have to believe that KB WILL call in the lawyers when appropriate
Wot it’s worth,
What you are describing is blind faith. No lawyer would enter a courtroom relying on that.
I think that expecting "Fair Play" from a government is what we should expect, despite the fact that they have yet to deliver that. However, as Suzy has pointed out, there are more voices in favour now. Not just BEM, but local people and other MP's. It is easy to be negative, but if you are in then you have to have a positive belief, what else is there.
Suzy2,
What?
You are seriously still, after over 8 years of being taken for a ride, expecting fair play from the swedes?
As I said, deluded.
Ibjj...You know perfectly well that the Company doesn't pay me to spout deluded rubbish...it's just one of your usual insults. One could equally well argue the same about you, that you have an ulterior motive for posting here when you're not a shareholder. The bit you like least about my post is that we have friends, which we do have... several Members of Parliament and the Mayor of Jokkmokk. What could be deluded and I sincerely hope it is is that the Government have no such sinister intention towards us and we can look forward to some fair play.
Suzy2,
Does the company pay you to spout your deluded rubbish?
Defiance can be a laudable trait, but in the context of the failure over 8 years here, it is just barmy.
And who are these friends? Imaginary perhaps? Certainly not of sufficient influence to make any positive difference.
Friday's 'new' Government has only got one year left before they must go to the polls. I've held here for eleven years and I'm not going anywhere.
And we're no longer sitting it out alone, we've got friends.
Kurt has done the best anyone could have done.
Siege warfare as defined by Wikipedia is a form of constant, low-intensity conflict characterized by one party holding a strong, static, defensive position. Would it be realistic to conclude that the Government has tried to starve us out...in which case I believe K
Unclemal,
It was you that started the conversation??
ibjj - no love in here. Lining his pockets with non-delivery. I argued that last year when the extension was granted to the options, but I don't begrudge him the shares if he delivers.
llbj I still prefer to talk to other people here that own shares ,I’ve been here since the beginning the only thing that will beat me is my age ,I still have a front row seat, and am not going anywhere Alan,
Unclemal.
Irrelevant.
There is an inexplicable love-in with Budge by many lth's. He was not challenged at the AGM. He has failed for almost 7 years now. Rather than make a pathetic comment about me not currently being invested, why not challenge the people who are ripping you off?
llbj why are you so upset you don’t own any shares here we should be the ones who are upset the proper shareholders,
Lofven. Rewarded for failure.
Budge. Rewarded for failure.
Investors relentlessly kicked in the teeth and paying for the privilege.
No wonder Budge likes doing sweet fa. It pays handsomely.
In short - here's £100k worth of shares Kurt
Sorry. Now it makes sense. He got in because they didn't vote him out. In other words he was elected on indecision............Only in Sweden.
so he could have had ZERO votes for and 174 against and he would have got in.
Why the hell didn't Ulf try that.
Just hope KB is ready to jump all over Baylans Ar#e
What a bunch of Horse Manure. He got 2 fifths of the vote and got in. Just a joke
Well the view of many shareholders is ‘follow the process’. Kurt knows this so will likely ‘follow the process’ aka sit on your hands and do nothing. Kurt is unlikely is issue an RNS on the basis of Swedish election results. His position is safe.
Hopefully we get a message from Kurt with his game plan now..time to put his big boy pants on..
Tolerate, definition. Accept or endure. The latter seems more appropriate.
