Looks to be some good steady growth here with canny investments, also seems to have taken a slight dip to present a good entry point
Interesting piece in today's Sunday times. A government commissioned review will recommend creating an II owned £1bn fintech growth fund.
Says fintech's worth £7bn to UK and employs 60,000.
Perhaps a role for AUGM here.
There’s some increasingly big buys in here and no noise on the message board!! Excellent news - think I’m going to up my position here!!!!
Fallingknife - looking even better!! Hope I've not given kiss of death!!
NAV is not a good indicator here because... .the last NAV report was done way back in Jul and public markets have moved on so the next report will be more relevant and a better indicator of not just NAV but growth going forward and broker upgrades (or downgrades) etc..
Looks like this is gaining momentum after good fundraise.
Should be well funded now after the placing today which I subscribed for. NAV is not a good indicator here imo and the fact that investors are willing to pay a hefty premium to it shows most investors don't set too much store in it either. The fall due to dilution will be short-lived and I expect 130p here by EOY.
on this stock? Looks strong but NAV is £1.16 I think??

Farewill are doing well.
Good to see more activity here. Fintech is banking of the future, which AUGM invests in.
Makes sense. I can see that now !
Many thanks! M
Marc65- the stock shot up from just over 100p to 110p at close on Fri, and was immediately corrected back to open at just over 100p today. Suspect someone on a keyboard had ‘fat fingers’. Even with today’s technology, the occasional human error prevails! Forget about that ‘spike’, and it had traded normally.
Anyone know why these shares took a 9% hit today? I can't see any negative news etc.
Stock has been great lately, so disappointing to see it being pull back significantly.
I agree JockJoy its a shame there isnt more discussion.
Whilst I am keen on most of the investements I note that Onfido and Farewill both of should be benefitting from social distancing rules.
Well I have come to the party at AUGM at 100p. Didn’t have the courage to take advantage of the recent drop in fund price, but having had a severe kicking at SXX, I am slowly finding my way back with my 20/21 ISA allowance into what I hope will become an LTH, and worth tucking away in the bottom drawer.
Pity there is not more active posting on this BB.
Darren Carter is on the board of Peel Hunt Holdings Ltd. and Macsco 22 Ltd I think?
so does anyone know who Darren Carter is? Cannot see as a director.......
Nice rise today but given this seems to be one of the least discussed & researchable stocks would anyone know why?
Surprised there is not more interest here. Everyone keeps piling into the old fossil banks, like Lloyds or Barclays, but they are from the past. AUGM invests in the future, which is fintech. Cheaper and faster banking. Pile £20k in here and sit on it for 5-10 years.
Looks like buy backs taking place and a lot showing as sales. This must be due for a bounce back imho
Looks like all sales going through, anyone no if this is a true reflection?
I have just invested in AUGM after a few weeks of research. I like the team's strategy and its portfolio. The most interesting holding to me is ii. Looking at the company, it seems ripe for a listing in the short term. Comparing it to AJ Bell and HL: (i) it looks like the best value for money broker, and (ii) the valuation gap between ii, as a private company, and AJB and HL, as public companies, is astonishing. A listing will bring about a big re-rate in ii and AUGM's NAV imo.
Big sale today which must have been what's been pushing the price down of late. Expecting a change in major holdings tomorrow. Rothschilds probably reducing their holding further.
Yes nothing to worry about here at the moment, early days but
Looks good and current lows have been good for buying.
Remember the Rothschilds are behind this.
